Chose this for the location, and regret it.

Cons:

The rooms were hard, empty and echoed. There really was no staff. Our parking pass didn't work, there's no ice machines, and the "AC" didn't cool the room below 87 degrees until after dark. You could hear the upstairs guest stomping around. This was one of the worst stays I've had in a while. Uncomfortable and not human friendly. Would never stay here again.

Walking location to coffee shop

Cons:

Being situated near the ferry terminal was confusing to find where to park and then found out we had to pay $20 to park. The condo was sparing, not even coffee in the kitchen. Noisy refrigerator kept me awake.

Cons:

No information about parking and wasn’t included in cost. No check in information. Receptionists couldn’t find us tissues. Had to ask for extra TP and told them about bathroom fan being constantly on but was never fixed.

Pet Friendly. The stay itself was ok. The room was nice and clean. They barely staff the front desk, so very difficult to take care of any problems. We reserved a king suite, but for a queen room. (I'm assuming it was a queen room, there is no way that was a King size bed) Could never find anyone at the front desk, so just dealt with it. TV never worked. Again couldn't find anyone at the front desk. Just dealt with it. Parking was horibble and $20 per night, but that's pretty much everywhere in that area. Can't say I'd stay tin that area again.

Good Accommodations Close to the Ferry
Pros:

Just a short walk from the ferry. Close to local shops and restaurants. Clean room with a nice kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

My only complaint was that I paid extra for a room with an "ocean view". Although this was technically true, the view was mostly obscured by the buildings on either side. Had I known that's what it was, I would have just opted for the regular room. Not upset, just wasn't worth the extra charge.
