The apartment was basic but very clean and well looked after. The staff were lovely & very helpful. Although it doesn’t appear like a guest house from the outside, it’s a very comfortable stay.
Location: perfect, right in the center of Da Lat, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping center, lots of street food stands right downstairs.
Room facility: perfect. Great mattress and blanket, water heat system worked perfectly too.
Had everything I needed
Good location, it is walkable to the night market and restaurants in that area. The hotel reception staff were all super friendly. Hotel was dog friendly with no extra charge. Our room had a huge bed, which was really 2 queen beds put together
The beds are extremely hard. It was uncomfortable to sleep on. No housekeeping for the entire stay, I would bag up the trash and set it outside the door. No one ever came to check about changing towels or sheets. The room had ants all over the sink, made worse when we fed our dog so I had to constantly wipe down the kitchen area.
First of all, staff's help is exceptional.
I stayed there 4 nights, I recommend room 203.

Comparing 5 star hotel, Tuoi hotel is not perfect. However, Considering staff's hospitality & price, it is more than perfect.

Good location if you wandering to walk around downtown. The hotel is pretty new, rooms are clean and well serviced. Special thanks to manager or owner: she gave us a bigger number with nice view for the same price because she thought that we’ve booked too small room :) The service was really kind and care of us a lot.

Perfectly located, comfy beds, clean and a nice shower. The owners were also very helpful and super sweet! Highly recommended!
The location was great and the rooms were clean and pretty modern. The building seemed rather new.
The room was small and the matress was really thin. The linens were quite strange, some sort of strechy polyester material. The toilet was really small and the whole room got wet when showering. Parking the scooter was quite a hassle as every time the staff swarmed us trying to help but ended up making the situation more confusing. The communication with the staff was difficult as they didnt speak english.
