they did not clean my suite although i styed 2night, toilet door can not be close
The hotel is great! It deserves way more than 3 stars! Everything is brand new, looks like it was very recently renovated! It's directly on the lake so the view is waw! The hotel decoration is fantastic and the pool is great!!!
The staff is really helpful and let us checking in at 11am without extra charge which was great after a night flight.
The location is good since it overlooks spancha lake. It has a good swimming pool. The breakfast and the area where we take our breakfast (overlooks the lake). They provide free to use bikes. The room has a good safty Box.
The Hotel is not well maintained. One of our room has a bath room with broken lock. The tv has only one channel. When they cleaned the room they did not add tea and coffee bags. One of rooms curtines is cut. The rooms are and bath room are very small.
Location on the leak
I booked a family room leak view master room size was ok other room was too small for two people enough for one person
Other thing lights where not working in the master room I stayed for two nights without fixing it
Bathroom door was not locked acutely locked is broken and not fixed
Fan in the bathroom connected with lights and really sound was annoying
Need to take care about room facilities and comfortability of the guests during their stay
The view is beautiful, the place is quiet and the staff are nice.
