Pros:

Super clean and spacious room. Short walk to the center. Front Desk girl is very friendly.

Cons:

The way rooms were designed without noise control in mind. All the noises in the hallway can be heard fully.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa, luminosa e pulita, bagno idem. Letto comodissimo. Posizione fantastica, a 3 minuti dal centro di Pienza. Hall bellissima e staff molto gentile. Buona anche la colazione

Accoglienza e comodità.
Pros:

L’hotel piccolino ma carino, pulito e ordinato. Le camere non grandissime ma confortevoli sopratutto un buon set di asciugamani e un letto veramente comodo!! La struttura é a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pienza e per l’auto vi é un parcheggio a pochi metri. Menzione speciale per la colazione veramente ottima con prodotti di qualità e allestita in una saletta veramente accogliente. Inoltre personale gentilissimo.

Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Pienza. Personale gentilissimo, camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Parcheggio quasi di fronte all'hotel, sia gratuito che a pagamento.

Cons:

Forse la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata, anche se i prodotti offerti erano di ottima qualità.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

A charming little hotel less than 5 minutes' walk to the main square, with free on-road parking available nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room (105) was large and had a nice terrace. The bed was big and very comfortable, with blankets and extra pillows available. The WiFi was fine for emails and browsing, but it struggled a bit when we tried to stream TV. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Overall, we were very happy with our choice, and pleased that we stayed in Pienza, which is a stunning town.

Cons:

A repair on the toilet seat is needed - one side is broken.

Pros:

The location was excellent - very short walk to the old town and although on a busy road, the rooms were quiet.

Very cycle friendly with tool station inn front of hotel - and we were allowed to keep our bikes inside the hotel securely

Breakfast OK but very basic - it wasn't easy to get a second coffee

Cons:

Breakfast. Coffee machine would help

Todo fue perfecto, pero cabe una especial mención al personal que nos esperó ya que llegamos después de la hora del check in, nos dio indicaciones.
Gracias Diana por tu calidez y amabilidad
El hotel es precioso, a un paso del casco antiguo y con parking gratis enfrente
Las instalaciones son muy lindas y están muy bien decoradas, habitación cómoda, impecable, y en nuestro caso con una terraza preciosa, también decorada con mucha calidez
Sin duda recomiendo y si vuelvo me hospedaré nuevamente en este hotel

Pros:

Hotel curato, carino, ambiente familiare e tranquillo. Letto comodo. Complimenti per la pulizia della camera.

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione con più scelta per quanto riguarda le torte e aggiungerei più succhi di frutta possibilmente messi in sala in modo che gli ospiti possano servirsi da soli senza continuare a chiedere al personale.

Zentrales Hotel mit nettem Personal
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken. Beim Check out konnten wir das Gepäck noch dort lassen. Wir bekamen gute Empfehlungen für das Abendessen. Ein Coop war gleich nebenan, parken und Tankstelle fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Im Bad gab es so gut wie keine Haken für die Badesachen zum Trocknen. Die Betten waren ziemlich weich!
