It was nice a few years ago but not anymore...Too bad...I really loved this hotel before...
Pros:

I liked that the 2 bedrooms have big and comfi beds and that my family can stay and rest in a proper manner. I liked the reception staff which was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The parking spots had ice along and I fell 2 times near my car. In our room there was no vacuum cleaning for 6 days...the windows have very little soundproof. We can hear even if 2 people are whispering outside on the road and every car that passes by.
There was no water available in the breakfast dining area. It was very cold from a machine or very hot from the coffee maker. How do I give that to a child.
The breakfast was the same every day without any change at all. I know it's just breakfast but there can be some changes so it is not the same day by day.
The coffee cups provided in our room were not washed every day. We were drinking coffee every day and when we came back to our room they were left like that with one exception (in a single day they were washed and cleaned) The glasses were never cleaned.

Totul a fost superb! Camera dubla deluxe cu balcon (204) are o priveliste exceptionala!
Micul dejun bogat!
Parcare cu statie electrica functionala!
La parter exisra un lobby fascinant!
Iarna este cald in camera(daca iubesti caldura, daca nu, reglezi caldura)

Cons:

Priza de linga pat nu funcționează, dar mai sunt prize comode peste tot 😜

Pros:

The location was very convenient, after a day of visiting castle peles going up the mountain. We had the spa room and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a busy day. The lobby was comfortable and beautiful and we stayed there in the evening playing board games and having a some drinks at the bar. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they showed us to our room when we arrived and explained all the amenities. The value was excellent considering all that was offered and the views were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.
