Atendimento da recepção muito bom, desde retirada de dúvidas com a questão do maleiro (pois precisava guardar uma mala durante a viagem do jalapão) até o atendimento no check-in e check-out.
O café da manhã também é maravilhoso.
Fica pertinho do principal shopping da região e da orla da Graciosa..
