The food was delicious and the view to the sea and the mountains was fantastic. The rooms also have very nice interior- quite a modern rustic twist, they have balconies, so that was very nice.
A lot of things- starting from incompetent and very rude hotel manager, poorly taken care of outside area (lots of things are not working, such as outside showers), very dead plants and hard dead grass to walk on, to the service and treatment we received. The hotel is obviously not taken care of and you can also see it in the competency of the staff. For whatever reason you have to make reservations for dinner, constantly follow up on your requests, and even find your own solutions (the hotel was overbooked for our second night and it was a nightmare to deal with the staff).
location, view, friendly staff
the room was not cleaned at all, the bed sheet was full of hair from the previous guest. after our complain, it was changed on the second day. Breakfast was not rich
