Beliggenheten og stranden er nydelig, personalet er serviceminded og hyggelige, bortsett fra et par av de som jobber i r

Fin beliggenhet, rett på nydelig strand med kokospalmer. Store rom med havutsikt og egen pool. Veldig hyggelig personale i restauranten, strandgutta og de som stelte rommene.

Cons:

Shabby og dårlig vedlikeholdt! Dette hotellet kunne vært en perle dersom eier hadde investert i oppgradering av stedet!Veldig dårlig trykk i dusjen, nesten umulig å få skylt ut sjampo av håret.
Sette inn dør mellom badet og rommet, det er lite hyggelig å høre romkameraten sitte på wc….

Kamer geboekt met zeezicht geboekt, bij aankomst werden we zonder reden in een andere kamer ondergebracht!
Na klachten bleek het pas de volgende dag mogelijk om een andere kamer te krijgen.

Gutes Hotel mit TOP Lage
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel und mein Start für die Reise durch Gambia. Das Zimmer war TOP und jeder Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich (ausser der Manager, der stand über allen). Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
Gute Lage am.Strand lang geht es zum Touri Zentrum. Man ist schnell überall.

Cons:

Der shuttle Service ist mit 40€ zu teuer!
Sonst hat alles gepasst!

Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet ved stranden, god frokost. Fint uteomeråde rundt bassenget. De fleste av betjeningen var imøtekommende og blide.

Cons:

Mindre pent inngansparti og resepsjon. Slitte rom, behov for oppgradering. Dårlig trykk med vann i dusjen, noen ganger var det ikke vann i det hele tatt, verken dusj, toalett eller vasken.

We loved our stay in Balafon!
Pros:

We really did enjoy our stay at Balafon! The location of the hotel is perfect, the beach is beautiful, rooms are very big and comfortable and breakfast buffet is very good.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower is quite low

Cons:

Tout le reste: hôtel vieillissant, équipements (TV clim...) anciens ne marchant pas, eau au compte goutte, fenêtre et porte fenêtre avec serrures rouillées, ne fermant pas ou mal, tout est vieux dans la chambre, peu de lumière, personnel pas toujours attentif à la demande, 30 minutes pour avoir un plat au restaurant.....rapport qualité prix pas bon

Pros:

C’était top ! Comme sur les photos, le personnel rien a dire. Un bravo au chef cuisinier qui prépare pour tout les déjeuner un plat typiquement local. Nous avions la chambre vue sur mer c’était vraiment top niveau ! Merci 🙏🏽

Cons:

Petit Bémol pas de télé pendant le séjour problème d’antenne et le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnais pas …

il y a du potentiel, mais il y a du boulot.....
Pros:

hôtel un peu Veillot mais plutôt joli. très belles piscines bien entretenues, même les petites.
plage très belle. organisation sur la plage un peu difficile. chambres spacieuses mais non entretenues sérieusement, wifi , télé. Partie plomberie parfaite, partie électrique à revoir, câblages, prises de courant, éclairages...
Salle de repas, mal éclairées ( certaines tables sont presque dans le noir )et bâches noires , sales et déchirées pour protéger du vent ( a revoir ). bar et resto , personnels très gentils mais un peu chaotiques , dans l'organisation du service.
petit déjeuner très bien. menus repas simplistes et minimalistes. apéros ok sauf que pas de cacahuètes ( niama niama) Vins, moyens en qualité et très chers . Dans les restos d'a coté, moitié prix. musique d'ambiance trop forte... Réception très sympa, et disponible.

Cons:

voir ci dessus. Evitez d'arriver un dimanche...

Nice but expensive for the quality
Pros:

Fantastic location on the beach. Beach and swimming pool furniture generally available, despite the atavistic custom of some northern-European customers of using their towels to reserve at 08:00 sun chairs that they do not intend to use until 12:00 or later... Very good size of the room, in my case with fantastic direct views of the beach. Very nice balcony with deck chairs. Personnel in general courteous, but in some cases attention to customers can be improved (for instance, restaurant staff at dinner time).

Cons:

Expensive airport transfers. Room furnishings lacking, eg a luggage rack, drawers for clothing, a chair for working at the desk, towel hangers. Lighting insufficient. Breakfast quality could be improved (for instance, variety of fresh fruit). And, above all, room rate too high for the quality. Cleanliness of the beach OK but can be improved with little effort. No gluten-free options at restaurant.
