Orario di pulizia delle camere! È la prima volta che vedo che passano dopo le due a pulire in un hotel! Normalmente è entro mezzogiorno così la gente può entrare in camera dopo e riposarsi!

Personalet i receptionen var meget lidt imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Det virkede til at vi var til besvær. Maden var ked

Dårlig betjening af personalet i receptionen
Kedeligt udvalg af mad. Det var det samme hver dag og der blev ikke altid fyldt op når noget var tomt.
Kedeligt udvalg af drikkelse i all inklusive og der var ikke øl glas nok til alle gæster.
Der var kun glas til drikkelse hvilket betyd at der var glas ved poolen.
Da vi var tre personer på værelset og der kun var 2 stole på altanen, bad vi om en stol mere, dette var lige ved ikke at kunne lade sig gøre, damen i receptionen mente ikke at hun kunne hjælpe os med en stol mere, men det lykkedes dog efter lidt tid.
Parkering til vores bil var meget svært at få, da p-båsene var for smalle til vores bil, efter 3 forskellige steder lykkedes det personalet at finde en bås vi kunne parkerer i.

Il servizio interno di parcheggio è tramite un ascensore cargo di dimensioni non appropriate, abbiamo preferito non usufruirne per non incorrere in spiacevoli incidenti di strusciature della carrozzeria e abbiamo parcheggiato a pagamento davanti all’hotel (abbiamo sentito di un signore che soggiornava nel nostro stesso periodo a cui si è chiusa automaticamente la porta dell’ascensore cargo - non ci sono sensori??- danneggiando l’intera fiancata della macchina)

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Der seitliche Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Das Bad ist richtig gut ausgestattet mit ebenerdiger Dusche und extra Bidet für die Füsse.
