I’ve stayed at this property a few times now and it’s always been a great experience. The room is clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location feels safe and is within easy walking distance of a gym, supermarkets and other local conveniences which makes it ideal for short or longer stays.
Mark is an excellent host. He is always friendly, responsive and reliable. He makes sure everything runs smoothly every time I visit.
I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great area with a host you can trust.
Clean and tidy.
I loved the location and the space
Property was lovely & located really close to where I needed to be. Mark was very friendly & even cooked for me which was really nice of him. Definitely will be staying there again.

A comfortable room with plenty of storage space. The downstairs communal area is very modern with all kitchen facilities you could possibly need. The location is an easy 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and there are plenty of shops and a couple of supermarkets within that walk (5 minute drive). The host was very welcoming. The TV was a smart TV which was a bonus, and there was a kettle and some tea making facilities in the room.
The door of the bedroom didn’t stay shut on the latch so we had to prop our bag in front of it - only a small issue for us

Lovely home, nice bedroom and attatching bathroom, mark the home owner is really chatty and friendly, we 100% want to come back here

Room was clean & facilities were good
Unfortunately we didn’t like the host’s behaviour. They were rowdy, intrusive and rudely spoken. We were made to feel a bit uncomfortable.
I had a very nice stay Mark was a great hist was made to feel very welcome would highly recommend an definitely stay again
Kind hosts
We thought we reserved a room with a private bath, but this was not the case. The host let us stay in his room so we would have a private bathroom.
Don’t let the pictures or descriptions fool you like they did me. It’s not a hotel nor does it have views. It’s literally some blokes house in the middle of a housing estate. I’m sure the homeowner is pleasant and if you’re wanting to stay at somebody’s house then this may be suitable. I did not stay as I was under the impression that it was a hotel and ended up having to rebook an actual hotel.

Mark is a great host and makes you feel welcome. Even let me charge my EV for a small.fee. Will be staying there again in the near future.

Great location and quiet street, ideal location for my work
Attic bedroom, with kids belongings in, no bin, no decent mirror, no blinds at windows, poor quality mattress/bed, no tea/coffee making facilities or even a bottle of water, no TV!!!
Not very fresh bedding/small beach like towel didn’t smell great
Bathroom cluttered, toilet dirty, bins full, no shower curtain so bath only option
Didn’t see Mark as he was out
