Ein ungezwungener, angenehmer Aufenthalt in San Isidro.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer (nachts) recht ruhigen Seitenstrasse der Panamericana-Route, welche mitten durch San Isidro führt. der Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuss vom Hotel aus bequem erreichbar. Das Personal des Hotels ist durch alle Kategorien sehr freundlich. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes im hoteleigenen Restaurant gegessen, es war alles schön hergerichtet und sehr gut, also haten wir kein Bedürfnis auswärts zum Abendessen zugehen. Der Frühstück ist durchwegs gut, man kann aus mehreren Varianten auswählen. Das Deluxe - Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett ist sehr gross, ebenso das Badezimmer. Unser Zimmer lag auf ersten Stock, welche mit eine Rampe mit dem Erdgeschoss verbunden ist, so dass man auch mit grossem Gebäck problemlos hinauf kommt. Es hat bisher nirgends so viele Stromstecker gehabt wie im Hotel Zima! Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

wir haben eigentlich nicht wirklich etwas zu bemängeln... Im Zimmer Nr. 25 sollten kleinere Unterhalts Arbeiten gemacht werden. Beim linken Bett hat es vier Stromstecker ohne Strom. Am Schreibtisch hat es einen Stecker, der schlecht befestigt ist, entweder stosst man sie in Wand hinein, oder zieht man ihn raus, wenn man den Stecker auszieht... Beim Waschbecken im Vorraum sollte die Tapete neu an den Wand geleimt werden und die Lampe vor dem Spiegel ausgetauscht werden. .
Die sind alles Kleinigkeiten, gehören aber zu einer guten Housekeeping eines Viersternehotels!

Very easy going and relaxed. Not too busy.
Pros:

We dropped by for one day almost end of our holiday. One of the view typical CR cities 2 hours from Sierpe on way back to SJO. Very nice staff and nice bar to relaxe. Smal swimming pool but good for wake up.

Cons:

Some rooms are luxury and some are outdated. We had two different kind ones but good for our stay tired from a three day Jungle experience in Drake Bay.

Pros:

Good location, free private parking, and a nice restaurant on the territory. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. The area is well maintained and pleasant. Nice shower and clean towels.

Cons:

Although it is clear that the room is being cleaned, it feels like only the basic things are done. Doors and walls remain very dirty. The white doors around the handles were covered with dark marks, and the same around the light switches. There were also stains and water marks on the white walls. Bed linen was clean, but clearly not new anymore.

Pros:

היה מאוד נח ונעים, הצוות מקסים ואדיב, ומאוד עזור בכל שאלה או צורך. החדר היה מאוד נקי, בסיסי ולא בסגנון חדיש אבל כל מה שצריך, וגם מאוד קרוב למרכז העניינים, הכל במרחק הליכה.

I won’t go to this property again
Pros:

The restaurant and grounds were very relaxing and well kept. The restaurant was terrific. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

No smoking area. And we booked a king room there best room. Everything was great till we went to shower. The water would not adjust so you were either scolded or frozen. There was no in between. We were informed that because it was a holiday no repairs could be done so they put us in a small double bed and it was very small and no smart tv. The ac unit stunk too. Then we were accused of smoking in the room and stealing bedding, which we did not do. The rest of our visit we were not apologized to,and the owner. Didn’t seem to care. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and most of the staff knew.

Overpriced rooms. Give this hotel a pass unless you can sleep through a lot of noise.
Pros:

On site restaurant was very good.
Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Noisy noisy noisy. This was the biggest negative about the hotel. All of the street noise all night long. My door had a large gap all the way around it. The windows offer no noise cushioning. Phones in the room didn’t work so when there was no hot water we had to go to the desk for assistance.
In my room the entry light didn’t work. In my friend’s room the bathroom light didn’t work.
The bed was comfortable, but couldn’t sleep due to outside noise all night long.

I doubt I would stay here again especially considering how high the price was definitely overpriced.
