We arrived at the property late at night after coming from the airport, only to be told that our booking had been rented out to someone else. However, Booking.com was still showing that I had a confirmed reservation.
As a solution, the owner offered us a store room to stay in. The room contained bed sheets, pillows, bags, shoes, and other stored items. He said it was free and suggested that we should take it. However, I was travelling with my wife, and being offered a store room as accommodation was deeply inappropriate and insulting.
The owner claimed that he had informed me via WhatsApp, but the booking was made using my Nepali phone number, which does not have WhatsApp.
It was a horrible experience, especially at night. We had to walk for more than 30 minutes with our luggage searching for another hotel. Eventually, we found one, but at a very high price due to New Year’s Eve.

Great value for money. Basic and no elevator but the studio room was spacious and clean with a kitchen and fridge. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Very good location in thamel. But the hotel is on a narrow street. They offered car parking but parking a car in such a narrow street is a horrible experience.
Located in the center of Thamel area.
