Pros:

Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats.
Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice cubes.

Pros:

I chose this property because it boasted a swimming pool.
When I arrived, I was told it was closed for the winter. I wish they’d told me beforehand. However they upgraded me to a suite. It is a good hotel, a bit soulless but it is situated away from the mayhem that is Central Kolkata. There is good mall nearby and a few decent eateries.

Pros:

All staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My stay was pleasant. Only problem, bathroom was not kept clean. It’s not up to the promise standard.

Pros:

Very professional staff. Food is great. Rooms are good but a bit small.
Checkout was a bit erratic- had to wait to lot before I got my itemised food bill.
