Pros:

La propreté, le confort, le personnel.
Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement le manager de l’hôtel Bounaom qui a été d’une gentillement exceptionnelle. Il m’a amené au marché en voiture et a géré mon taxi pour l’aéroport.

Hôtel bien pour 1 à 2 nuits. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

1 nuit mi-mars 2026, transit Paksé Ho Chi Minh Ville.
Grande chambre double, numéro 103, rez-de-chaussée, arrière de l' hôtel, assez calme. Tv, climatisation. Grande desserte murale avec grand miroir. Grande penderie. Quelques cintres. Salle de bain de taille correcte, séparation vitrée entre l' espace douche, le lavabo et le WC.
Personnel agréable et serviable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Légèrement éloigné du centre, mais bien pour 1 à 2 nuits.

Cons:

Rien si ce n'est que la chambre ne dirait pas non à un petit rafraîchissement.

La chambre était sale : ménage en surface, mais énormément de poussiere sur et derrière les cadres et derrière le lit. Odeur de moisi à l'intérieur de l'armoire.

Pros:

Wir haben sowohl einen Roller gemietet als auch einen Transport gebucht-bei beidem gab es keinerlei Probleme. Beim einchecken kam uns das Hotel sehr entgegen und wir durften frühzeitig einchecken. Es gab auch einen täglichen Zimmerservice.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig und im Bad gab es auch für laotische Verhältnisse sehr viel Schimmel. Das Personal konnte leider nicht sehr gut englisch. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig,sodass man nur sehr schwierig zu Schlaf findet.

Good hotel, but beware of small fire ants.

Cons:

There were some red ant in the and on the bed; as a matter of fact I got bit by one and it still hurts. Good thing I'm not allergic to ant bites. At first it started as a good experience, but the ants kind of killed the goodness of the place.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, responsive, and professional in every interaction. Communication was clear, warm, and efficient, and all my requests were handled promptly and attentively.

One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was the outstanding assistance with transportation arrangements. The team organised reliable pick-ups and transfers for my travel to both Vietnam and Thailand, making cross-border travel seamless and stress-free. Their support went well beyond what one would normally expect.

The hotel is excellently located at the intersection of the main roads in Pakse, making it easy to access transport, restaurants, and key areas of the city. An added bonus is that it is within walking distance of the local traditional market, where you can experience fresh produce, local foods, and authentic daily Lao life just steps from the hotel.

The room rates were among the most affordable I experienced throughout my trip, especially considering the quality, comfort, and space provided. Compared to other places I stayed, this hotel offered exceptional value without compromising service or standards.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliability, excellent service, prime location, and true value for money. I would gladly stay here again.

Génial ! Personnel au top
Pros:

Mon mari et moi avons eu des problèmes de visa, le patron de l’hôtel et les employés nous ont beaucoup aidé tout au long du séjour. Ils ont sacrifié leur temps pour nous et ont été très patients ! L’hôtel est bien, les chambres sont correctes. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.
