I stayed at this hotel four times during my vacation, and each stay consistently confirmed the high standard of service and value it offers. The staff were exceptionally helpful, responsive, and professional in every interaction. Communication was clear, warm, and efficient, and all my requests were handled promptly and attentively.

One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was the outstanding assistance with transportation arrangements. The team organised reliable pick-ups and transfers for my travel to both Vietnam and Thailand, making cross-border travel seamless and stress-free. Their support went well beyond what one would normally expect.

The hotel is excellently located at the intersection of the main roads in Pakse, making it easy to access transport, restaurants, and key areas of the city. An added bonus is that it is within walking distance of the local traditional market, where you can experience fresh produce, local foods, and authentic daily Lao life just steps from the hotel.

The room rates were among the most affordable I experienced throughout my trip, especially considering the quality, comfort, and space provided. Compared to other places I stayed, this hotel offered exceptional value without compromising service or standards.

Génial ! Personnel au top
Pros:

Mon mari et moi avons eu des problèmes de visa, le patron de l’hôtel et les employés nous ont beaucoup aidé tout au long du séjour. Ils ont sacrifié leur temps pour nous et ont été très patients ! L’hôtel est bien, les chambres sont correctes. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Das kleine Restaurant daneben hatte hervorragendes Essen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Badezimmer war ebenfalls gut

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The room sell paintings and we couldn’t sleep then we asked staff to spayed it. The fridge doesn’t work, No coffee or tea bag offers while it rang as 4 start hotel. There was very loud noise at 5-6am.

Komfortable Zimmer, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, gute Lage
Pros:

Große, saubere, komfortable Zimmer mit Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Frühstück im Hotel möglich und sehr gut. Hilfsbereitschaft bei der Weiterreise war bemerkenswert.

The internet was basically nonexistent in our room. We told the manager and he said that he had fixed it and showed us the speed, but he measured from directly under the router. In our room top speed was 2.5mbps.

Pros:

Staff molto disponibile e hanno risolto ogni contrattempo. Un particolare grazie all addetto del servizio notturno. Camera ampia e pulita.

Cons:

Peccato che lo staff non parli inglese.posizione un po' lontano dal centro ma molto tranquilla

L emplacement , près du daolin , meilleur resto de pakse .

Cons:

La clim , l eau chaude , la tv , rien ne fonctionnait. J ai du réclamer a 3 reprises . On m a même changer de chambre . Très pénible . Surtout après la boucle des bolovens 2 jours. A se geler .

Proche du daolin , le meilleur resto de pakse ..

Cons:

J ai changé 2 fois de chambre , chaque fois la clim ne fonctionne pas , pas d eau chaude , pas de savon liquide , pas de shampoing . Il faut réclamer lourdement pour avoir gain de cause. Au fait , aucune tv ne fonctionne dans l hôtel .

Cons:

Le stanze erano pulite in maniera discreta, ma le parti comuni erano veramente sporche (scale, corridoi, ecc). Inoltre il personale parla solo laotiano e non sempre riesce a soddisfare le richieste. Per una stanza su otto che avevamo chiesto di cambiare perché inadeguata in termini di igiene, hanno preteso un supplemento.
