At the hotel was new and very clean. Cute property.

Cons:

Despite advertising free Wi-Fi, there was no Wi-Fi. When we complained the staff just shrugged. They said someone was fixing it that day, but nothing ever happened. Very frustrating.

Pros:

Me gusto mucho el lugar, se acomoda mucho al estilo de la antigua. El lugar esta dentro de Antigua pero ya en la salida, si toca caminar un poco mas para llegar a los lugares pero eso te permite conocer.

Cons:

Desayunos, incluia desayuno pero no era muy variado.
La regadera, el agua se emposaba.

Mooie en schone kamer. Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Personeel niet heel behulpzaam. Wilde geeneens nadenken over vroeger inchecken en we moesten zelf achter ons ontbijt aan. Verder werkt WIFI niet op de kamer. Op zich niet erg als dit goed gecommuniceerd wordt. Dit was alleen niet het geval.

Super nettes Personal und wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen und das Personal war super hilfsbereit, freundlich und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Straße.

Pros:

Todo estuvo perfecto en temas de la habitación, desayuno y limpieza del lugar.

Cons:

Estuve en una temporada en la que no funcionaba muy bien el wifi aunque eso no dañó mi estadía.

Petit hotel calme à proximité du Centre ville
Pros:

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet établissement discret. La chambre est convenable et très propre avec une tŕès bonne literie.
On profite de la cour intérieure et de la terrasse.
Les principaux monuments de la ville sont accessibles à pied.
Bon petit déjeuner mais un peu juste.
Equipe tŕès disponible et agréable qui s'adapte à vos demandes : on l’a beaucoup appréciée.
En syntĥèse: une valeur sûre et sans surprise.

Lindo lugar, buen servicio pero siento que es un poco caro para lo que es.

El lugar el lindo y las camas son cómodas.

No había agua caliente en nuestra habitación y el chorro de la ducha era muy pequeño poco agradable.

Nice rooms, but the staff and overall service could be better.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and a great size, and the patio is nice to sit at. The front doors of the property are locked at night for security reasons, which is nice. It’s a hotel with a cafe that’s located about 10 minutes from parque central. You have a tv on the first floor and plenty of storage space.

Cons:

-the staff seems to be made up of three people. Two young girls that work during the day and who socialize more than they actually work, and a guy who works at night.
-the breakfast here is mediocre. Portions are small, and the wait time is ridiculous. Also, there’s only two complimentary options, when there are other options on the cafe menu at an equal price. One morning, we ordered breakfast at 7:45am, it didn’t arrive until 8:25 and we had to leave for a tour at 8:30. It took the girls almost 45 minutes to make our Guatemalan breakfast when we were 2 of 4 guests waiting for breakfast. Even when I ordered, I had to grab their attention because they were talking in the kitchen instead of making the breakfast for the other two guests. The other two guests must have waited longer than us because they were out in the patio before us and got served their food at the same time as us. Get breakfast elsewhere.
-we requested laundry service at 8am on our last day, which we were told was from 8-4pm. We got back to our room at 5pm and the laundry wasn’t done yet and I needed to pack. When we asked about it they said the clothes were drying, but something tells me they forgot about it and started doing the laundry pretty late. The clothes came back slightly damp and they didn’t fold the socks. That same day, the girls didn’t come to our room and do housekeeping even though we asked them to empty our single trash can. The girls ended up leaving without ever coming to our room and left the guy at night to do their work. I should mention that there’s only 5-6 rooms, I don’t get how they didn’t have time to come to our room. Since we complained about it, the guy working the night shift took care of the cleaning for us. I don’t know what his duties are, but I’m not surprised if the girls leave their unfinished work to him on a daily basis.
-the rooms only have one trash can and one mirror which is in the bathroom.
