Location, lots of food and shop places around, the beach is very close

The only thing I'm rating it a little higher is because they upgraded our room after we said that we're not going to stay in the dirty room and they can check us out. They suggested us to pay to upgrade, but after a while they decided to upgrade us for free for one night, but then for the entire 1 week stay. Thank you for that!

Cons:

the room that we booked was super dirty, and alao their shared balcony means that you share it with the only very close neighbor , and the balcony door was from glass, so it's realy easy to break into the room. The other thing was NOT OPENING WINDOWS in both rooms, which is really weird, the only way we could have fresh air is opening the balcony... The conditioner was very old and hardly working.

Pros:

Классный отель, очень удобное расположение, приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, уборка каждый день, быстрые лифты, приятный холл.

Cons:

Немного подтекал душ, когда вешал то вода стекала по стене, не оч приятно.
Но так за такую цену, все хорошо.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly, it was clean. Pool and fitness room was good.

Cons:

I was put in a room above the restaurant. So every morning I was woken up by tables and chairs being moved around early every morning. I requested to move after the first night but apparently the hotel was fully booked.
I haven't been sleeping well since I got to Vietnam so I was hoping to catch up on sleep.
