Great location and services. Polite staff.

トイル汚いし部屋にカーテンないしコンセントむき出し
部屋までの廊下ロビーの吹き抜けで下がみえるけど窓枠にいっぱい虫がいて汚い

総合的には良かったです。
Pros:

旭川駅から近くわかりやすい場所だったのでたすかった。駅前にイオンもあり、
目の前のホテルが日帰り温泉をやっていたので温泉にも入れたし良かった。
あと、嵐ライブで利用させてもらったのですが、ロビーに嵐の曲を流してくれていて嬉しかったです。

トイレが古いので、ウォッシュレットではあるが、便座も冷たかった

タオル等の交換、回収について

嵐の曲が流れていた

Cons:

ハンガー掛けを使用したらフックが外れた。固定が壊れてたのか使いずらい。ゴミは毎日回収して欲しい。使用したタオル等を入れる袋があればドアノブに掛けられた。新しいタオル等がドアノブにかかっていたが、使用したタオル等も回収して欲しかった。他のそうじや、シーツ交換についてはホテル側の決まりで致し方ないのかと感じました。
