Very disappointing
Pros:

The staff were lovely. The meals at the hotel were good. The room had an onsuite.

Cons:

There was no hot water or working smoke alarm in the room. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, not even a glass for a drink of water. We had to go outside and to another room for kitchen facilities. Also no working smoke alarm in the kitchen.

The only positive was the lady who booked us in

Worst bed and room on our entire road trip

Cons:

The bed was a shocker and long past its use by date! The dirt around the basin was unbelievable. I chose the motel because of good reviews about the carvery and veggies. There was no indication that it was only offered on limited nights!

Great place to visit and stay. I was well looked after
Pros:

Above all, the 250gm steak i had although well done as requested, the knife almost fell through it and it wasn't greasy and was a good cut.
The bar staff and restaurant staff are all very pleasant to chat with including the chef.
It was a hot day and the poor split ACunit struggled until after dark. Maybe lightly coloured high efficient window tinting may help. The room had everything needed for a short or longer stay. The water pressure is good with plenty of hot water. Under cover parking outside the room door. Comfy bed.
Do not go there expecting the Hilton as its a small town and its a bit dated but gets TLC and the room staff do a great job including presentation.
Ooohhh. And they serve a great tasting cold beer.
Well worth a stay over or visit to this small town which offers a lot.

Cons:

The heat. Outside, it felt like the area was sucking the guts out of the sun. Lol
I personally can not think of anything to write in here except even if im back early next year its too long.
