Stay was very average for the amount of money paid
Pros:

The meal at the hotel was delicious, loved the buffet vegetable bar

Cons:

The accommodation was very dated needs a lot of maintenance the floating floors haven’t been laid very well and are noisy when you walk around. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned the screen was dirty as were the bottom of the walls.
The pillows were lumpy and very very soft

Great meals, comfy beds, not amazing but comfortable
Pros:

The lovely lady at reception ensured we got dinner, we were only a few minutes past kitchen closing, chef wasn't happy, but she made sure we could order! So lovely.

Cons:

Shower was mouldy & we couldn't park our car. Mining cars just took all allocated parking. We would have liked to be able to unpack bags at room.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The staff were lovely. The meals at the hotel were good. The room had an onsuite.

Cons:

There was no hot water or working smoke alarm in the room. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, not even a glass for a drink of water. We had to go outside and to another room for kitchen facilities. Also no working smoke alarm in the kitchen.
