Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Improvements

I had a rather unpleasant experience at this hotel. Basic amenities like soap and toothbrush were not provided, which is unacceptable for any standard accommodation. For every small request, we had to call the staff, which became frustrating over time.

The location was another major downside—it’s tucked away inside an active construction site, making access difficult and the surroundings noisy and dusty. It didn’t feel safe or welcoming.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Pros:

absolute professional experience

hotel was neat & clean with yellow theme

in the room, everything was decisively set & well organized

breakfast masala omelet with cheese fantastic, idli, dosa, Fruits. everyday menu can more interesting. I have seen a space to add more variety of salads like Ceasar, sausages, bacon

staff like Tejas, Aniket were so helpful and polite. at breakfast, staff was so kind that they once served us breakfast at afternoon even which was unthinkable due to my busy schedule.

pool table & table tennis there if someone wants to spend evening

gym is nice..

there is no swimming pool, no garden, electronics gadgets are there but no city information structures displayed which can be helpful for guests.

Best hotel in Balewadi-Pune
Pros:

Hotel is located in a close proximity to Highstreet with companies at a walking distance. Good location, Good rooms, Good Food and very good and collaborative staff. Aniket (Front office staff) are go-to guys for any help.

Wonderful experience 🙂
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel and had great Experience. The staff was friendly and cooperative and the amenities were top-notch The location was perfect, and loved the ambience for the Hotel. Mr. Aniket and Tejas, the one who helped us with everything they were helpful, kind and very supportive towards our needs.Must visit the property.

Bad experience at Bloom Hotel Balewadi
Pros:

Soft colours, soothing

Cons:

No proper service, had to ask for things twice. Indication while booking also mentioned as bathtub but eventually they didn't have any. They knew we two friends are stayin but all provision related to personal items wa sonly one. Overall bad experience. Also I booked through booking.com didn't allow me to go ahead with Cancellation as it was asking full amount. Entry exit was also shady and for females felt unsafe. No proper cooling of AC, we had to use fan all night for proper ventilation as windows were also fixed closed.

good hotel
Pros:

good stay, hotel is clean and new, so looks nice. Room had just enough space to be comfortable. There was a balcony but it was useless as the windows were locked.

Not so good - the water tasted weird, had to use bottled water for brushing. On the last day the room smelled a lot for some reason.
