Pros:

We thought that would be nice but finelly they didn't host us.

Cons:

Don't go this hotel, it is not reliable at all. Even if they confirmed the booking when we arrived, they told us we can't stay because we were not indians. They were very rude and let us without a place to sleep.

Pros:

Neerajji was very polite and helpful. However they have issue with ac. Ac will not work if there is a power cut and there is no ventilation in room. Rooms are without windows.
