We were on the first floor, in a handicapped room, so we did not have to climb steps.
We asked for extra pillows and received them without a problem.
Everything was good. No complaints from us.
The facility was very clean, and after I came back from my event, the bed was made new towels, and everything was perfect
It’s a beautiful property good location and comfortable room and bed
No maid service, the staff had trouble comprehending basic English which I thought was strange I went to ask for some toilet paper one late afternoon because no one serviced our room and she kept trying to hand me a sheet of notebook paper finally a man came probably the owner and pointed at what I wanted. It was laughable but maid service is important we were there 5 days
I didn't think it was worth what they charge for a single night for 1 person.

Very clean and quiet. The door to my room never latched so anyone could just walk in

I liked the location within the Loess hills area.
The walls are very thin and there was no breakfast.
Beds were springy! Sink was not together woth shower room so there was not a whole lot of privacy.
The staff at great people and always so friendly and helpful.I would recommend this hotel anytime .
Rooms where clean only thing that was kind of irritating was there never anyone up front you have to call someone up front
