Location was good and price was reasonable

Cons:

When we arrived to hotel they asked us we have system problem wait 30 mins-1 hr to check in. After we said no we cant wait we re tired they suddenly gave us the room. The room ac was very dissappointed until morning it was giving only fan not cold ac i had my allergy, my face was full red bcs of this ac issue. I usually choose ibis whereever i travel but this branch very dissappointing. Maybe i called 4 times to reception to send technician they didnt send. After they changed our room but it had again same issue. But overall its reasonable price hotel.

An average stay!!
Pros:

Location and the friendly staff!

Cons:

I've opted for the Non-Smoking which IBIS Yanbu have provided but still strong smell of smoking was coming inside the room. Since I'm allergic to smoking smell, it affected on health with throat infection. I've requested the staff to look into this but they just put up the room freshner after which the smoking smell still remained.

I looks like that they've issue with non-smoking rooms and they should better take care of non-smoking rooms & their guests.

Gutes Hotel in Yanbu
Pros:

Gutes Hotel in Yanbu, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, Personal und Frühstück sehr gut !
Hotelpool war sehr erfrischend nach einem Wüstenaufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Umgebung könnte etwas schöner sein, aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

Pros:

Staff was well mannered... Room was okay and clean.. They helped in changing my room when i complained about Ac sound.. But it was all same everywhere

Cons:

Not up to the standards of IBIS. i have previously stayed at other ibis.. The amount they charge is not equivalent to the facilities provided. The breakfast is quite limited..!! Ac was too noisy..
