Fantastisk beliggenhet med enkel tilgang til attraksjoner, buss og taxi.
Personal var hyggelige og behjelpelige.
Leiligheten var stor og utstyrt med alt en måtte trenge for å lage mat etc.
Både leiligheten og uteområdet var veldig renslig.

Het mooie uitzicht
De vele trappen om naar het verblijf te gaan, al zeker met bagage. De ontvangst ( Marco stuurde meerdere berichten de dag van de aankomst) was Ok. Bij vertrek kregen we Marco niet meer te zien en ook geen antwoord op onze vraag om transfer te regelen naar onze auto. Via de werkvrouwen werd hij ingeschakeld. Hulp bij bagage had zeker gemogen, hiervoor werd 10 euro per koffer gerekend! Werd niet op voorhand gecommuniceerd!

La gentilezza, la professionalità e la riservatezza di Marco, che ci ha accolto in maniera splendida.
Bisogna assolutamente migliorare :
1) l'entrata in acqua della piscina per gli ospiti. L'ultimo giorno mi sono lussata la spalla sinistra perchè le scalette erano poco sicure, mobili e non adatte a persone avanzate di età. Basterebbe costruire un piccolo gradino nell'acqua dal lato del muro della vasca più bassa, per permettere l'utilizzo della piscina a tutti. Come me anche altri ospiti hanno dovuto sedersi sul bordo più basso e rotolare a terra per poi alzarsi mantenendosi vicino al muretto. Sono sicura che questo suggerimento verrà preso in carico, perchè intendiamo ritornare, ma soprattutto perchè questo piccolo accorgimento eviterà problemi e migliorerà i servizi .
2) il prelevamento degli ospiti con bagagli dal punto di arrivo (meeting point dove la navetta del garage ti accompagna) alla struttura, dovrebbe essere organizzato con un carrello/trasporter non a carico del cliente, ma della struttura.

Amazing location, just a couple of minutes walk and you are in the center of the village, Stunning views, really beautiful. The apartment itself is a little basic in terms of decor and comfort, but this is reflected in the price and the overall location far outweighed the negative. I would certainly recommend it.
The living area of the apartment was not very comfortable, a little basic.
Location is excellent! The appartment was clean, spacious. The pool was great, clean water. The garden was beautiful and view was amaising!! 🥰 The manager Marco was polite!

Ravello is a beautiful place to enjoy the quiet. Villa Casale’s location is wonderful. The apartment was so clean and peaceful.
The bed was very hard unfortunately
It is very convenient to the main square and not a lot of up and down steps
