Enttäuschend
Pros:

Leider kann ich hierzu nichts sagen da ich nicht dort übernachten konnte da ich kein Schlüsselcode erhalten hatte.

Cons:

Wir konnten leider nicht in das Hotel einchecken, da uns kein Schlüsselcode zur Verfügung gestellt wurde und vor Ort niemand anwesend war. Trotz mehrfacher Anrufe war niemand erreichbar, sodass wir keinen Zugang zur Unterkunft hatten.
Da wir spät abends angekommen sind und keine andere Möglichkeit hatten, mussten wir kurzfristig eine alternative Unterkunft buchen.
Besonders enttäuschend war, dass unsere Anfrage zur kostenfreien Stornierung abgelehnt wurde. Ein Rückruf seitens des Hotels erfolgte erst, nachdem wir bereits eine andere Unterkunft organisiert hatten – zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es für uns bereits zu spät.
Insgesamt war die Situation sehr unprofessionell und frustrierend. Leider haben wir auch vom Support von Booking.com keine hilfreiche Unterstützung erhalten.

Zum reinen Übernachtung O.K. für mangelhaften Frühstücksraum überteuert.
Pros:

Ein- und Auschecken sehr unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Mein Zimmer war zu warm aufgeheizt. Das Zimmer meiner Bekannten war zu kalt.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Frühstück, dafür Automaten für Kaffee und minderwertige Snacks und Sitzgelegenheiten zum Frühstück sind sehr minimalistisch. Da die Kaffeemaschine defekt war und am Karfreitag alle Cafe's geschlossen waren, mußten wir zum Bahnhof fahren. Das war sehr umständlich. Die Zimmer haben schlechte Schallisolierung. Das kann bei vollem Betrieb zum Problem werden.
