We liked the central location of the hotel, it was very close to bars and restaurants. Very good value for money, had all the basic amenities.
The windows weren't very soundproof. We could hear a lot of noise from the street at night. The room could benefit from a comfy chair being in the room, so you can sit and read etc. The water ran hot and cold, often staying cold. The lighting in the room was very harsh, could do with some lamps.

Big rooms, great location.
Policies enacted by the owner are poor and not customer friendly.
1. During our 2 night family stay, asked for an iron in the room - never had an issue in our 2 week stay in Vietnam except here. Was told it was against hotel policy to provide and could either pay staff to iron or go to the staff room and do it there. After some to and fro they provided the iron for 20mins.
2. On checkout was told to wait while they checked the room. The lady at the reception then showed me a picture of a used white wash cloth. Was told if it was too dirty then I would have to pay for it to be cleaned. I told her the purpose of the wash cloth was just that, so why should I pay to use their towels etc. to my bemusement, the housekeeping lady brought the wash cloth down to the reception and upon closer examination it was determined that it was not too dirty after all and I could checkout with paying an additional charge. These experiences spoilt what would otherwise have been a good stay. A shame!

Close to everything….nice restaurant and attractions.
Had no breakfast….and no place for 8 people to mingle or get together…..
Good size family room, hotel staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is close to all attractions in Hue and have everything we need.

Great location, close to the Perfume River.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was exactly like the photos and the rooftop garden was lovely. Lots of natural light in the room too.
