Nice room, stunning view, mediocre service, construction noise every day

The room was nice and the view absolutely stunning

Cons:

There was loud construction noise for our entire stay, no apology, no acknowledgement, no nothing just non stop noise.

Also the kitchen is very unreliable and does not understand what good service is. We order 2 things, they only deliver one and say the other is not available, then why not call again? Or tell us immediately?

Also check-in was literally: „here room“ okay what about the restaurant how does breakfast work? None of this costs money to do better, it’s just done bad. This hotel could be very nice

Wonderful views
Pros:

Wonderful views from the hotel, comfortable bed, good heating in the bedroom. Clean bedroom. Staff helpful

Cons:

Outside of our bedroom there was no other heating in the hotel. No heating in the restaurant so we had to wear coats as the temperature outside was around zero. We had dinner next door in Justa Birding which was great.
It's up the hill from the town so may not suit everyone. Taxi from the hotel was rs.500

Pros:

The hotel was beautifully placed a little out of town overlooking the mountains and the valley. The staff were so kind and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, and the decor was really lovely. Food was also fantastic.

Only Good View...Rest is a major compromise...

View from the property is amazing

Cons:

The property management is not professional...hospitality is 1/10...while some staff is sincere the training required is not there...
The rooms have a balcony but are small...the cupboard smells no hangars...no iron stand... bathrooms don't have practicality...Not recommended for families...Lacks cleanliness across the property and even cutlery post room cleaning is not clean...

While we stayed there and checked out, the manager cancelled our booking..post payment.
