Absolutely everything! Incredible stay!

A fantastic property, well appointed, very clean, every amenity provided. The bathroom is lovely and although I took my own toiletries there were plenty in the shower and in the was basin.
The bedroom was very comfortable and I had an amazing sleep. The bedding, towels etc. were of very high quality.
The kitchen was well maintained and I felt very comfortable using the appliances. kettle for tea, I was able to heat some food in the oven and although the owner said to leave the dishes I washed everything I used and returned them to the cupboards.
I love the back decking and I left the door open for fresh air, just as I walked into the kitchen a squirrel was just about to enter through the door but ran off when I told it that it wasn’t welcome!
Breakfast cereal, milk, tea bags, coffee and more were provided.
I particularly liked the shutters which were easy to operate.
I have to say that there was nothing to dislike about the property.
Our host, Mah, was most welcoming and allowed. The house is immaculate and to a high spec. We were provided with free breakfast and had full access to the whole house. It was the perfect place to stay during our weekend at Ascot races

I arrived late, but checking in was simple. The place is immaculate. My only regret is not being able to arrive early enough to really appreciate it. Mah is a great host. Thank-you
The only very, very slight negative was the feathered pillows as I'm allergic to feathers! So that's my issue, it's not the accommodation.
On street parking, quiet area, clean and beautifully kept home, super comfy bed, fan and lights left on for comfortable arrival, shower room is SO nice and bottles of water left in room. There's a lock on the bedroom door and bathroom as it's separate but still felt safe.
This will now be my default option when I come and stay with my mum! 100% would stay again.

The location was quiet but well located. The place was very clean and comfortable. We had the house to ourselves and was perfect for our requirements. Can certainly recommend.
