В целом - великолепно. Но стоит понимать, что соседи могут быть разные.
Pros:

Удобное расположение - до моря подать рукой. Интересное место - порт, чайки.

Cons:

Точнее прописать правила пользования. Мы были, когда были еще 2 женщины с детьми и они пользовались всем, как будто они одно - в обеих душевых были полотенца и песок, посуда немытая была оставлена...

Pros:

Vieta laba tuvu jūrai ar iespēju redzēt kā notiek zivju bēršana kastēs...tas bija intresanti...daudz kaiju kā jau pie jūras un kur zivis.

Cons:

Bijām siltā dienā un bija diezgan karsti.
Logu atvērt varēja, bet tās kaijas kā trakas ķērca un tā zivju smarža jutās.

Tīrs, kārtīgs. Jārēķinās, ka tas principā ir kā piecistabu dzīvoklis ar kopīgu virtuvi (aprīkota ar visiem piederumiem, mikroviļņu krāsni, ledusskapi), kopīgām tualetēm un dušām. Romantiskai atpūtai nebūs piemērots, bet kā vieta kur pārnkašņot pārgājiena laikā vai caurbraucot būs gana laba par savu cenu. Atrodas ostas teritorijā. Jauks skats pa logu.

Man labai patiko apgyvendinimo patalpos, įranga. Viskas švaru ir nauja. Netoli jūra.
