Very enjoyable and would stay here again
Pros:

The location was very convenient and everything provided which was great.

Cons:

I think you should provide regular dessert spoons instead of soup spoons.

The glass sliding door was a bit of a hassle to get open and outside due to the sofa being in the way.

Generally A Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Location close to shops and CBD, very comfy bed, good size fridge, plenty of crockery & cutlery, TV with lots of channels, good air-con, undercover free parking, lift access for upstairs, security.

Cons:

Shower over bath. Not only is it cramped it is unsafe. Tried to get another room but unavailable on arrival day. Would not have booked had I been aware of no walk-in shower recess.
Coffee pod machine was broken and not cleaned from previous user.

Comfortable, convienant place to stay with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Communication from staff was efficient, supportive and helpful. The rooms were quiet ( just what I needed after a long day at work) comfortable and good facilities.
