Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Tijdens de Iftat 64 verschillende gerechten. Top.

Cons:

Vanaf de parking is er voor rolstoel gebruikers geen lift. Betrokkene moest naar receptie gedragen worden. Vanaf receptie wel een goede lift.
Er waren geen stoelen op onze kamer.

Hotel grand cahaya hotel pasti lebih baik dan sukses
Pros:

Kalau bisa dari tempat parkir ke lobby ada lif atau eskalator, supaya dapat mempermudah untuk orang tua yg harus menggunakan tangga yg lumayan untuk naik ke atas

Jalan menuju ke lobby dengan menggunakan tangga, kalau bisa ada eskalator untuk mempermudah jalan bagi pengunjung apalagi membantu bagi orang tua
