Pros:

very nice people, when you ask something they arrange it, also the late checkout, great breakfast buffet

Cons:

as everywhere in sri lanka you need to ask for clean towels and toilet paper so not a disapointment but just know how thinjks work in sri lanka (at least at the places where we stayed) but they are super friendly and help you immediately

Great hotel, clean and comfy, breakfast only ok
Pros:

Lovely aesthetic, nice vibes, great jungle surrounding and very clean comfy rooms. Air con worked well. Pool was lovely, saw it being cleaned every day, nice clear water. Slight monkey problem hanging around the pool one day but you can't be surprised when I'm Sri Lanka surrounded by jungle and the staff tried to deter them.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing as rated good on here, not many options, not very fresh.

Pros:

The hotel was modern and the pool was nice. The room was quite small but clean and had a nice bathroom.

Cons:

Our main issue came at checkout when the cost was much higher than expected. The hotel had added a 10% service charge per night for breakfast - which was just an average buffet. Nowhere else in Sri Lanka did we encounter this charge. It felt sneaky and really frustrating to be hit with extra costs like that without any warning.

Overall, while the facilities were acceptable, this hidden charge really tainted our experience, it seemed they were deliberately trying to catch guests out and make extra money without proper transparency.

Pogled savršen, ujutro tišina, u blizini centra, ali s malim odmakom. Buđenje uz majmune, paunove… predivno.

Cons:

Možda malo više truda uložiti u čišćenje soba i dodati više ručnika jer 2 na tri osobe je definitivno premalo.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, bed was not clean. It was a lot smaller than I thought especially for a deluxe room. A lot of insects and flies, both dead and alive.

Very relaxing hotel with good food and beautiful warm pool,!!
Pros:

Great breakfast buffet…all one could eat..lots of fruit and fresh cooked eggs each morning etc…the pool was by our Room, wake up and jump in…best way to start the day…staff very helpful and kind….the monkeys will keep you entertained…a sort stroll to the beach…

Cons:

All good….don't forget to tip 💵 the staff…they do not make 🙁much and they serve you well.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was great.

Cons:

We had booked a superior room but were given a standard. This was the first room by the pool and reception so was not private. We had to claim the correct rate for the room since they planned on charging the superior rate. On booking it is advertised at a discounted rate, but they charged the full rate. Not good considering it was their mistake. Breakfast was poor compared to other hotels and not to the standard commensurate with this establishment.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with jungle outlook. We spotted a civet cat, monkeys, lizards and peacocks from our room. The pool is lovely and the breakfast was a good combination of fresh fruits, Sri Lankan treats, rotis and fresh cooked eggs. Staff were helpful- our air conditioning stopped working and they ensured it was fixed straight away.
