Sweet but lacking
Pros:

There's a beautiful view of the bay, right on the water. Angelica is a great host. It was clean and tidy. The staff was very caring.

Cons:

Pool very small. No comfortable way to get into the sea -- pebble shore. Missing some kitchen items. Very difficult to maneuver a car to go out.

Simply lovely.
Pros:

Very quiet, nice that it had a little stove in the kitchenette. Bonus that it had beach gear and laundry!

Great little spot and the hosts were wonderful!
Pros:

It was an easy walk into Cruz Bay. The view from our room was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean and we loved the honor bar of snacks and drinks as it made it easy to just grab something! We were able to do laundry as well which was a great touch because we had been on vacation for a week already and it was needed. Angelica and Ben could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had an issue with our jeep rental and could not get in touch with the company and Ben was able to on our behalf and solved our problem!

Cons:

The only issue we had was the street as you drove into the property which is no fault of Coconut Villas! But would it stop us from staying there again? No.

Pros:

good clean room, very helpful staff, lovely view washer/dryers available after 3pm were a huge help. would definately stay again.

Cons:

walk to town easy but either around a pond (not after dark) or along industrial port area.

We enjoyed our time in St. John and our stay at this property. Julie was amazing and helped us navigate our activities w

The property was not far from all the restaurants and shopping. Short drive or taxi ride to the heart of everything.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything to not like - free laundry (during certain hours). Fresh beach towels and chairs which saved from having to rent them from the beach providers.

Pros:

great location; great views from the balcony; easy access to town; good support from owners who provided helpful suggestions for a tour and a taxi when asked.

Cons:

Our only suggestion is that the suite should provide two night stands by the bed .....

Pros:

We loved our stay here. The property is incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked. Easy parking in front of the villa and only a 10 minute walk into Cruz Bay. They also had beach chairs, noodles, snorkels/fins, beach towels and beach coolers to take to the beach. The laundry was also a nice perk, it’s free in the evenings and was great for us since we were on a longer trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the Coconut Coast Villas and would definitely stay there again next time!
Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. We were right on the beach and had a beautiful view of palm trees and the ocean. We had everything we needed in the room (kitchen, great TV, comfortable furniture), and we could walk into town or to the market to get what we needed. Plus, we could do laundry for free if we needed clean clothes.

Cons:

Well, this doesn't have anything to do with the hotel itself, but the beach was rocky, and we tried to swim in the ocean there, but the rocks are slippery, so it's not a good idea.

Quiet pleasant place to stay with great views and easy access to the whole island of St. John.
Pros:

There was a large space to hang out inside. The kitchen was set up nicely to allow us to cook breakfast every day which is good because restaurants on St. John can be expensive. The view from the balcony was awesome. The water is only 50 feet away and in full view from the room. There are an endless number of great snorkeling places and beaches 20 minute drive to an hour away. None were overcrowded and most were free. Walking distance to the downtown area for drinks and food. There is a beach downtown too.

Cons:

The light over the kitchen table didn't work. The kitchen faucet worked but the sprayer hangs down and needs replacement. Rocks by the shore are probably dangerous to walk on so snorkeling from there is not a good choice. There is no beach directly by the rental.

Loved that there was beach gear on loan and a laundry facility.
Pros:

What a wonderful location for a ladies 50th birthday trip. The room was perfect for 3 or even 4 (sharing beds). The balcony overlooked a beautiful bay and we got to wave to the boats going by. The pool was perfect to dip in after a day at the beach. The walk to town was easy and if you take a ride back in the evening just be sure to ask how much before jumping in :-)
When I return to St John. I'll be returning here.

Cons:

The place was off the beaten path - which is what I loved about it!
