The food was good, the staff were great.
There was no lounge area we were a party of 12, we sat in the dining area which was of a cafe than a restaurant.
Friendly staff and cleaning ladies, good clean rooms , close to Oba beach.
Some other hotel guests making too much noise in the late hours - not the hotels fault tho.

I felt really comfortable and had a wonderful time at sette serenity hotel.
Especially the staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous! The cleaning persons, the guys at the reception, the girls who were responsible for breakfast etc… everyone was so friendly! :) Special thanks and greetings to jacub and his team at the pool bar. :)
All of you guys did a great job! :)
Other things I liked:
- food and drinks were delicious and fresh
- 2 minutes walk to the beach
- the bed was comfortable
- clean and cozy rooms
- I had a stunning view from the balkony
- good atmosphere
- enough beach chairs at the pool

There were a lot of russian guests and unfortunately some of them were very rude. But this is nothing, you can blame the hotel for!!
Amazing value for the price! Clean, recently renovated, fresh and high quality food in all inclusive, nice location close to the shops/ restaurants and the beach. It is for adults only, so no children and animators around, which was a plus, as it was quiet in the evening.
Location, room is quite neat, reception, good breakfast, they accept no card booking)
A guy at the reception offered be free lunch while i was waiting for my room to check in
Balcony is too narrow, bathroom is also a bit small
