Pros:

The accommodation was in an excellent location, the staff was friendly. Mineral water, tea and coffee were provided every day.

Cons:

The accommodation is basically on the ground floor, there were people walking on the sidewalk in front of the window. The room was quite small and relatively dusty.

A very central location, clean and convenient room.
Pros:

The location of the place was amazing: very central, close to everything with many nice cafés, pubs and bars around. The hotel was clean, the room was maintained every day and bottled water was provided on a daily basis, which was a small, but a very convenient addition to the room stay. A special highlight on the very comfortable mattress, which definitely helped us rest our backs after the busy non-stop walking days ! The staff were present on premises 24/7, so, in case of any need, we were free to contact them, but we never had any issues.

Cons:

The budget room was quite small and was on the ground floor right near the front desk, so we could hear every conversation by the door, and sometimes quite early in the morning, and there was very little privacy in the hotel overall, but still the room was very nice and convenient. I would rebook it.

I highly recommend staying at Phoenix Hotel .. amazing hotel with amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Keron, the male receptionist — such a friendly and helpful guy who really made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, surrounded by shops, bars, and stores, making it very convenient to explore Yerevan. My room was absolutely beautiful with a modern, aesthetic design — I loved it so much!

Pozor! Hotel nabízejí na bookingu zároveň jako Monk house. Pozor na to, vzali jsme to s kamarádem současně - Monk house i Phoenix Hotel a pak nás přinutili ať jednu rezervaci zrušíme. Není to podvod?

Zároveň jim na recepci nefungoval terminál a dělali debila ze mě, že mi žádná karta nefunguje a přitom kdekoliv jinde v Arménii fungují bez problému.

Очень все понравилось ! Прибыли ночью , быстро заселили. На входе есть уютные столики , атмосфера располагающая к отдыху! Прямо напротив отличное кафе! Достопримечательности в пешей доступности!
