The people.
1. Breakfast was terrible, with extremely limited choices
2. The payment method was only by cash for the locals.. I prefer the use of Bank/credit cards for locals and foreigners.

The hotel's location is very good, right in the center, easy check-in, room facilities are adequate and clean. staff was very helpful

The facility is fairly new on the market and well maintained. Spacious rooms and quiet environment. Great value for money considering the rates for B&B.
The access to the facility is not good and location is somewhat in not a very secure area considering the several dark spots while walking to the main road at night
The hotel was clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The food was good and they provided room service for free.
The windows in my room on the 5th floor were not locking properly and cold wind was entering the room entering the room all night. But it was okay on the second day as it was not windy outside.

The access road needs to be improved otherwise the hotel is good
