部屋の広さがちょうど良い。
ホテルの立地場所もちょうど良い。
・布団をめくったらカットした爪があった。
・常に外の騒音(車？)あるが、寝れなくはなかった
The staff were very friendly and can communicate fluently in English, Mandarin Chinese or Japanese! There is also a common area to chill in on the first floor which was great. There’s also a 7-11 nearby for all your shopping and it’s also near the tsutenkaku tower (touristy place)
The coin laundry is also more affordable than other hotels I’ve been to: 300 yen for washing + 100 yen per 30 minutes of drying
Another thing was that you also have to place your trash in the hallway when you want to clear it as they do not enter your room during your stay (which is both great and a little inconvenient)
The rooms are really small, like I mean, really small for 2 people. There were barely any space for us to walk, open the door, even the bathroom was small and I kept banging into everything. Also I hope they vacuum the rooms regularly as I found nail clippings left behind by previous guests …
the unique look at the reception
all the rest, staff unavailable most of the time and completely absent from 10 pm for all the night. rooms small and too basic, no services and absolutely unacceptable inflexibility for check out time.
Loved the communal chill area and that the washing/ drying machines were so easy to use, the location was only slightly out of the way but still easily walking distance to Shinjuku and Tennoji Park which was great
The location was pretty good in terms of mobility, close to the main line station in Osaka and only 20mins away by walk from dotonbori and other main streets. The bed was comfortable and we had ac.
in some rooms you are on the side of the highway so you can hear the cars, the isolation does a good job so is not very disturbing. Also the room was pretty small so if you have more than 4 luggages is going to be really complicated to manage, even with one you mostly will have to open it on top of the bed.
Het Personeel heeft ons ongelooflijk goed geholpen tijden het verblijf. Een van ons moest naar de dokter voor zijn been maar wisten niet waar we moesten beginnen met zoeken. Het personeel heeft ons verder geholpen en aanwijzingen gegeven waar we heen moesten. Vervolgens ons gratis kussens en zakken met ijs gegeven zodat hij zijn been omhoog kan doen. Echt een heel fijn verblijf❤️

Les chambres pour deux sont vraiment petites, on ne peut pas mettre sa valise mais... c'est comme ça !
