- The staff was very nice, especially the girl at the reception Suarta.

Pros:

We had such a lovely time at the Crown Boutique Hotel.
The place is conveniently placed between the city centre and Durres beaches. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even book a taxi for us from and to the airport. The room was very big and clean.
Breakfast was excellent! Will definitely book this hotel again when visiting!

Tutto. Soprattutto il persona alla reception. Molto preparato e educato. Struttura pulita confortevole e moderna. La colazione molto soddisfacente.

Cons:

Il parcheggio. L’hotel è sprovvisto di parcheggio e si appoggia a un parcheggio privato gestito da local che non parlano alcuna lingua. L’hotel spaccia questo parcheggio per 6€ ma io realtà ne vogliono 10

Pros:

L'eleganza e larredamento delle camere,la pulizia,i bagni con doccia molto grande e la posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere centro e mare.
Un plauso alla ragazza della reception che parlava benissimo l'italiano.

Della struttura solo la posizione mi è piaciuta.

Cons:

Un hotel 4 stelle che non è un hotel a 4 stelle. Stanza di dimensioni normali ma non si poteva aprire armadio perché c’era un cartello con scritto VIETATO APRIRE. Si doveva usare x abiti una piccola mensola. Non c’era bagnoschiuma e nemmeno tappeto per la doccia. No bollitore o simili.
Aria condizionata che segnava: pulire filtri.
Personale della struttura inesistente.
Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
