Pros:

Only the room was clean upon arrival and the common areas

Cons:

The hotel has a different name PEAKY and is not easy to find with the name in booking. It is not in front of the beach!!! Our room was looking at a back in some storage areas. It has no parking. They give you a reduction in a parking near to the hotel. There is no space in front of the hotel to stop and take your baggage or to put them into the car. The parking wants you to check in first in the hotel in order to get the reduction. But you have nowhere to stop for this. The hotel entrance has narrow stairs and it is hard to take your baggage. No one there to help. Our room was on the first floor and there was no lift!!! on this side. No one helped us with the baggage. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom, the connection came and stopped again so we left it in a mess. We asked at the reception to clean it and the didn't. We asked for towels. they gave us unwillingly and we bought shampoo from a market. Uppon arrival they had only towels for bath. We asked for face towels and they gave us. In the room there is no dustbin, not a chair and not space to put a suitcase. Sorry guys but this is not a 4 star hotel.... 1 star maybe?

La stanza era semplice, aveva l' essenziale per sentirsi a proprio agio.

Cons:

Le asciugamani sono vecchie e stracciate ai bordi, il copri water non era presente probabilmente perché rotto, il vetro della doccia faceva fatica chiudersi, il mini frigo in camera non era freddo ma rimaneva accesa la sua luce tutta la notte facendo entrare dal vetro la luce in camera, mancano degli appendi abiti in camera, ci sono solo scaffali e qualche gruccia, dopo la doccia non sapevo dove appendere le asciugamani.

Really nice rooms, exactly like the pictures. We loved the dual shower in one of the rooms we were given. Excellent location and very clean.
