Pros:

Das Hotel ist nah an einer Bahnstation. Hat seine Vor- und Nachteile (nur auf den Lärmpegel bezogen). In wenigen Gehminuten konnte man die Öffis erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was complicated to get in. Reception closed exceptionally early at 14:00.
They tried yo reavh me over the phone, but with a hidden number …
They should have sent an email to explain what to do.
On arrival I phone yhem 5 times. Just before giving up someone called back to explain how I could get in.
