Very pleasant stay thru out the journey. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Danang beach. Entrance of the lobby got a 24-hour mini mart.
Hotel beside construction site, noisy only during the day. Dust is everywhere due to the construction. Breakfast spread mixed with non halal. But Grab service for halal food just around the corner and is very efficient also fast delivered.
Quick to the beach and most POI in Da Nang. Wifi is good. Could borrow an umbrella from the front desk. Laundry service was OK.
Staff was quite disconnected and didnt speak English very well/at all. Room was in a bad state with crumbling walls, sand on the floor, cobwebs on the ceiling and stains on towels and the sheets. Shower takes minimum of 5 minutes to warm up and the drain sounds like a vacuüm hose. The pool is small with 6 beds total and once the construction in front is completed, the view will be useless as well. Other than the view the pool has no added value. Breakfast is mediocre at best.
just that it was street away from beach, but not on the street seeing beach, a street behind main street , so an a=easy walk
1- after paying for full, and after the lapse of date for full refund- they write that oh by the way the here is heavy construction around the hotel, we will give you ear buds to counter the noise !!!
2- the room was supposed to be with balcony, sea view- it was nothing like that - the balcony was big for hardly one person
3- the air conditioning was terrible as there was only one Ac and the room and washroom had no wall , so overall AC was ineffective. to counter this they had given one worn down fan with rust that didn't work
4- breakfast was measly
5- entrance to hotel was through a dingy door half constructed

Lovely size room, close to beach
Air con did not work, should have known when they had a fan running in there when we checked in and acted surprised when we tokd them air con wasnt working, they moved us to a different room type thanehat we had booked for the night and then had to move agsin the next day. The power went out twice on the day we were leaving had to climb down stsirs 7 floors as lift didnt work with ni power. Concierge did carry bags.
They let you know 24hrs prior there is building works going on, whilst they didnt disrupt us too much, the works havent just started, been going on for a long time. Lots of building going on round there.

而且電梯內燈光也很暗
需要乘搭電梯到一樓才是接待處
如不乘搭電梯就需要拿行李行樓梯上一樓
另外旁邊正在興建大樓 打開露台景觀會看到一堆建築材料
Our family really enjoyed staying at Jbay Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable. The pool was a hit with both the kids and adults. It created the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday.
The location was great, the rooms were large and spacious, with a smart T.V and comfortable bed.
The hotel itself, felt like it was half finished with work still needed to be done, the pool was unkept and green so we could not use it. Staff did what they had to. We had to ask for toilet paper even though the room had been tidied up, shampoo appeared to be the same thing as the body wash. Complimentarys were never replenished, the beers, wines and snacks that we used weren't replenished either so they lost out on sales there.
