Construction noise
The bed was comfortable, the shower was the best and roof top pool was warm but nice views
The air conditioning was useless, as was the mini fridge. Breakfast was just ok Construction noise next door was full on

The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the bath tub and rain head shower. Netflix is available and check out was extended without issue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Great location, tucked away from the hustle. Delicious breakfast. Warm, engaging staff….the pool is just the kicker. You can sit in it and see straight across to the beach. Loved it.
The beds are HARD.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Just across the road from the beach with some lovely bars/restaurants and a 25 minute stroll to the dragon bridge. Room was a great size with a free standing bath and balcony. Comfy bed, fridge, free water bottles and nice pillows.
Not their fault at all but there is a hotel being built across the road and another next door. It didn't bother us as we were there only for one night. We were not big fans of the breakfast choices but it is so difficult to cater for such a variety of different nationalities.
Great location, very central and convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options.
One of the best things was that you could rent a scooter directly from the hotel for around €4 per day, and they also have parking available.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, excellent value for money.

Staff was lovely and the breakfast was good - with a variety of Western and Vietnamese food on offer. Our room had a great ocean view. The hotel is situated very close to My Khe Beach and a wide variety of dining places and coffee shops.
It is not the hotel's fault, but the whole area is basically a construction site at the moment and on one of the three nights that we were there the construction continued throughout the night. Due to all the construction work we also didn't use our balcony, as there was a lot of dust and you had tradesmen basically at eye level right next you and across the road (one of the new buildings is literarily attached to JBay, which I guess is why the construction noises were so loud...especially at night)

Construction is a big problem I received a message form the hotel informing me of construction I was backed right onto it and didn’t sleep - it finished at 10pm and started at 4:30am - they tried to accommodate and I felt like the staff did what they could do but the issue is the hotel sound be very cheap considering it’s like you’re sleeping in a construction site; it wasn’t that cheap and all. They also should provide earplugs - I asked for some and she looked in a bucked and couldn’t find one it this should be standard. I checked out a night early - also the entrance smells like urine.
Staff were polite but management need to sort this out as peoples holidays would be ruined by this.
