Очень понравился персонал! Приветливые, отзывчивые. Особенная благодарность Сафе-Саше! Благодаря ему наша поездка получилась отличной. Потому, что он все подробно объяснил как ориентироваться в Стамбуле. Номер был чистый. Постоянно убирались. Почти все удобства есть. Местоположение удобное. Рядом остановка трамвая и Гранд Базар. До Голубой Мечети можно пройтись пешком.

Cons:

В нашем номере не было вентиляции, было душно, приходилось открывать окна. А с улиц шли различные запахи и шум. Поэтому приходилось постоянно включать кондиционер. Это небыло не комфортно так как я не люблю использовать кондиционер. Телевизор не подключается к интернету, показывают только местные накалы на турецком.

From the moment we arrived, the owner, Abdullah, made us feel incredibly welcome. He is such a kind and helpful host. He introduced us to several wonderful nearby places to visit and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The entire staff, especially the team preparing and serving breakfast, were respectful, friendly, and welcoming.

The location is fantastic. It's within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, the Spice Bazaar, Galata Bridge, Galata Tower, and many other famous attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Istanbul.

Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable during the summer.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. It was the perfect way to start each day. There was a wide variety of delicious food, including different cheeses, sausages, freshly cooked eggs, fresh fruits, and many other Turkish breakfast items. Every morning there were a few different dishes, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. What made it even more special was enjoying it on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Starting the day with that view was simply unforgettable.

The hotel also has a restaurant on the same terrace where you can enjoy delicious Turkish cuisine for lunch or dinner while taking in the wonderful view.

Pros:

El personal fue muy agradable y atento en todo momento y la cama era bastante cómoda.

Cons:

El alojamiento especifica que tiene una zona de cocina pero no te detallan que no puedes cocinar de en ella, por lo me sentí engañada. Espero que de aquí en adelante, especifiquen que no puedes cocinar, ya que muchos nos decantamos por un alojamiento u otro en función de que tengan una cocina útil. Además, no dispone ni de microondas ni te dan esponja ni jabón para lavar los pocos utensilios que puedas utilizar…
En tema limpieza, podrían mejorar la limpieza del cuarto de baño. La bañera está llena de moho y quedaban restos de suciedad del anterior huesped.

Cons:

The staff member serving breakfast was extremely rude. She assumed we couldn’t understand Turkish, but in fact we could. As the eggs were the only thing at breakfast that suited our taste, we ended up eating quite a lot of them. She just stood there making racist remarks the whole time. On our last day, when we were about to leave, there weren’t even enough eggs for everyone. She kept rolling her eyes at us.

The accommodation was also unclean; the toilet door was broken and the bed sheets were pilled. We were only given one duvet for two beds. The floor was covered in dust.

Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani.
Pros:

Miejsce w samym centrum blisko wszystkich atrakcji. Personel niezwykle pomocny i zaangażowany. Smaczne śniadania na tarasie na dachu z pięknym widokiem.

Cons:

Obiekt znajduje się w zamkniętej strefie do której dostęp samochodem jest ograniczony. Jak nie wiesz tego wcześniej to jest to trudne. Ale personel jest niezwykle pomocny i zaangażowany również w tej sytuacji pomaga znaleźć miejsce dla auta. Dla mnie super.

Amplia habitación, buena ubicación.
Pros:

Cómodo por dentro, habitación grande. La ubicación está súper bien, cerca de calles principales, transporte y muchos locales de comida, mercado y dulces.
Las camas eran duras y las almohadas muy altas para mi gusto; pero al final del día con el cansancio se duerme bien. El desayuno no me encantó, así que opté por no levantarme temprano para ingerirlo. El personal súper amable, colaborativos y atentos.

Las camas eran duras. No hay mantas. Y las almohadas estaba muy altas. Las cortinas no tapaban del todo la luz a la mañana. El desayuno no fue de mi gusto.
