I have been staying this for almost 24yr.
Pros:

This hotel room price is reasonable, conditions is good and clean. The staffs are helpful. Breakfast also one of the best.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Ipoh Parade and multiple eating spots. Also has loads of legit massage spas next door.

Cons:

Peeling paint in my room. Not a deal breaker but coukd be improved.
