Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Speisesaal sehr schön und das Personal hat uns freundlich begrüßt.

Cons:

Einiges ist heruntergekommen und war defekt. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, wir haben einige Haare im Hotelzimmer gefunden. Außerdem war es sehr hellhörig.

Soggiorno fantasma e hotel inesistente di notte. Evitate! Statene alla larga!!!!
Pros:

Struttura totalmente scorretta. Nonostante l'orario di arrivo notturno fosse concordato da giorni, siamo stati respinti con la scusa di una finta mancanza di elettricità (l'hotel era visibilmente illuminato). Ci hanno costretti a fare un tour forzato di altre strutture terze di qualità pessima e insalubre, tentando persino una doppia fatturazione. Non cascateci: è un modus operandi ripetitivo. Assistenza clienti deludente.

Cons:

Soggiorno mai usufruito. Ci hanno rimbalzato da un hotel all'altro nel cuore della notte (prima Hotel Boka, poi Hotel Brillant), facendoci spendere soldi in taxi per ritrovarci in stanze sporche e con un forte odore di fogna. Un sistema di overbooking selvaggio mascherato da falsi problemi tecnici. Se cercate un posto dove dormire, cercate altrove. Se cercate un'avventura notturna stressante in mezzo alla strada, è l'hotel perfetto.

Pros:

La struttura è ben organizzata, moderna, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La colazione è buona e varia, con opzioni sia dolci che salate. Abbiamo riscontrato qualche problema al momento del pagamento: l'importo finale non corrispondeva a quello indicato su Booking perché ci hanno applicato delle tasse locali, anche se il prezzo è stato modificato più volte. Un consiglio basato sulla nostra esperienza: in Albania pagate sempre in contanti, perché le commissioni e la gestione delle tasse per i pagamenti con carta sono molto alte.

Cons:

La posizione non era delle migliori, soprattutto per il rientro la sera dato che eravamo due ragazze. A Tirana c'è davvero molta scelta: questa struttura è un'ottima soluzione per chi deve appoggiarsi alle cliniche nelle vicinanze, ma non è l'ideale per visitare il centro città.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We especially appreciated that they prepared an omelet for my mother on request, even though it didn’t seem to be on the breakfast menu. That small gesture made us feel truly cared for. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was convenient.

Cons:

Nothing significant. We enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff and quick response to messages. Location is good if you need something close to the bus station but it is not close to the "must visit" places.

Ruhiges Hotel mit freundlichen Personal

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super ruhig gelegen, dafür dass man quasi mitten in einer Großstadt ist.

Cons:

Wir hatten weder große Duschtücher noch einen Duschvorleger. Das Zimmer hat sehr schlecht gerochen. Wahrscheinlich wurde im Zimmer geraucht. Wir empfanden die Betten als sehr unbequem und die Balkontür hing nur noch an einer Angel. Auch fehlt es deutlich an etwas liebe. Alles ist sehr praktikabel im Zimmer.
