Pros:

Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Padmini Palace. The room was nowhere near worth the ₹5,000 we paid.

The bed lamp was broken, the bathroom had no proper ventilation, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy, and the AC was malfunctioning. To make matters worse, a wooden slab in the bathroom actually fell down, which is a serious safety concern.

What made the experience even more frustrating was that the very next day, the same room was available for just ₹2,000, while we had paid ₹5,000.

For the price charged, we expected basic maintenance, working facilities and decent service. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met.

Highly disappointing experience. The hotel management seriously needs to improve room maintenance, safety and customer service. Would not recommend based on our experience.

No volveré a este hotel. Prefiero dormir en la calle.
Pros:

El personal. Sobre todo de reception. Ayudando.

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas. Habitación con mal olor. Un gecko paseándose por mi almohada. El aire acondicionado con mucho ruido.

No recomiendo
Pros:

La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

Not 4*
Pros:

I thought the staff were lovely, good location.

Cons:

The dust in my room was unacceptable, my bed sheets had stains and burn holes. The hotel staff at the restaurant left me waiting over 20 minutes and served a local first even though I was in first. There was no window in the room. The pool was so dirty you would swim in it.

I did not stay because the property was so old and not clean.
Pros:

The property is very old and does not look the the photos.

Cons:

I did not like the broken walls and furniture. Everything was very old and the place did not look like the photos at all. The advertising was very misleading. I left after seeing my room and offered to pay for one night and they charged me for 2 nights. It was a very old and broken down property
