Cons:

While the room itself and the facilities were nice, the cleanliness of the place really let it down. It wasn't filthy but not clean either.

Great stay
Pros:

Modern and comfortable room. Staff cleaned the room daily, replenished water bottles and arranged a laundry service. Room was very clean, spacious and there was a fridge. A short walk from the main strip which is why we booked it.

Cons:

The road leading to the property is unlit at night and very uneven which is something to consider for ease of access.

meer dan prima, maar je krijgt waar je voor betaalt
Pros:

de kamer was ruim, schoon en op een stille locatie centraal in het bruisende, luidruchtige en toeristisch Panlao, Bohol. de weg er naartoe deerde niet, want dat zorgde voor die rust. de host is aanwezig en reageert super snel op vragen!

Cons:

ik had te hoge verwachtingen naar aanleiding van eerdere reviews. het was absoluut niet nieuw, en zeker niet het beste van een hele reis door de Filipijnen. vooraf voelde het als een hidden gem, maar het was 'you get what you pay for'. en dat is ook prima, maar houd er rekening mee. overigens is het alleen rustig als de buren niet op het gezamenlijke balkon zitten in te drinken 🙈.

ps. mijn vriend heeft zijn grote teen helemaal open gehaald in een tegen van de drempel naar de badkamer. dus mind your step!

Pros:

Room cannot be compared with resort rooms on the island, but it has everything you need. Clean, but kinda basic. The bed is a bit short, might be a problem for taller people, i am 5.11 and it was fine. Location is good as it is in Panglao city area close to the bars and beach and evening life, but still quiet.

Cons:

The access road is very bumpy (and I grew up with dirt roads), difficult to ride a motorcycle on (and I have ridden all sorts of motorbikes since I was a kid). Greeted by two goats at the entrance. The tours will not pick you up from the location, but if you walk 250m to the main road, they will pick you up there.

Pros:

Très propre, moderne et confortable et un wifi qui à très bien fonctionné. A 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale et 10 de la plage. Petit bonus, un super-marché est à 2 minutes à pied

Superb
Pros:

Big room, good new facilities, very clean and overall super nice. It’s a few minutes from the main road but not directly on it which is nice so it’s a bit more calm. Really good for the price!

Cons:

The roosters are really loud, bring earplugs unless you want to wake up at 4.30 am.

Nice stay
Pros:

-bed is very comfortable
-wifi works well
-i needed the tv which was not working in the beginning but they fixed it for me so it was working
-ac is good
-terrace has drying lines to dry your towel/ clothes which was very handy
-its 4 rooms upstairs and landlords live in downstairs. They are both very sweet and helpful.
-room gets cleaned daily and towels changed also daily.

Negatives:
-roasters are very loud all night which makes it difficult to sleep :)
-road to main road belongs to private party so doesnt get done by government. Its really disturbing to walk on stony road w flats/flip flops…
