SCAM! MANAGEMENT DELIBERATELY AVOIDED ME AND BOOKING.COM SUPPORT TO SCAM ME AND NOT REFUND ME
Pros:

There is nothing to like when a hotel shows such blatant disregard for its guests. The only thing worth mentioning is that the booking process was simple—too bad everything after that was a nightmare.

Cons:

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The management is shamelessly unresponsive and shows no respect for their guests. After booking and finding the stay unworkable, I reached out immediately, alongside Booking, for help and a refund. The hotel ignored every single message and made no effort to address or resolve the issue, keeping my money without providing any service. Their lack of communication and refusal to cooperate is appalling and speaks to a deep-rooted disregard for customer care. If you value even basic decency and fair treatment, steer clear of this place. Management like this should not be in the hospitality business.
