The location was very good

Номер настолько мал,что совершенно невозможно развернуться,особенно если вы с чемоданами.
Туалет на балконе.

The staff are kind and friendly, they speak Russian and English and happy to help. The supermarket in the building downstairs had everything we could wish for. Water refill station at the lobby is a plus. Yes, there was hot water with good pressure and proper drainage, rare combination in -stan countries, but…
The room was tiny and the bathroom was horrendous: pipes sticking out from everywhere, spider web with a massive spider catching pigeon feathers from the torn ceiling. There was a huge hole in the ceiling and something like rodent droppings kept felling on the sink, it might’ve been chunks of dust or soot, we didn’t do the expertise but every time we entered the bathroom it was like wrestling monsters in your wardrobe, you have to brace yourself to do it. Overpriced for this level of facilities and location is not very central but within walking distance from main sites.
Wonderful staff at reception. They helped me with everything and were so friendly and professional. The housekeeping ladies were wonderful too. Very good location.
Walls of the room are too thin. You can hear everything from the neighbouring room and that can be quite disturbing at night and early mornings.

expired coffee and I didn't notice a friend informed that the coffee is outdated after reading it
The room was mouldy, dysfunctional, terribly built with lose electrical sockets and bare wires causing safety hazards. Most plug sockets didn’t work. Bathroom smelt so bad of mould and door wouldn’t even close to shut it off. Staff were not at desk when we needed to leave and then made us come back making us late for our commitments.
The location and the overall look of the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and facilities were working well. The building is easy to find and staff speak English well and were very helpful.
The AC does not blow out enough cool air. We informed the reception and they made sure someone went to check on it. We had 3 nights and we spent all feeling warm and a little uncomfortable. the technician came to check but still it did not blow out cool air. the hotel gave us free airport drop off to make it up to us with this inconvenience, which we didn’t ask for but we really appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you Panorama Hotel.
