Very good
Pros:

Perfect value. For a very affordable price I got spacious room with balcony, AC, hot water from electric heater. Location is perfect for its silence - no horn blowing, no disco nearby, still not far from old city and all the action. The guys who rule this hotel are very cooperative. Looks like this hotel was open quite recently so at the moment there're no so many guests - which was also a plus for me

When I was staying WiFi was broken, I hope guys will fix it later

Property is really fresh and new, specially the host is really helpful and professional. This was my second time stay at here and I really like this property. Specially the terrace has a wonderful view of the old city.
