On aime tout dans cet hôtel. Il est exceptionnel. Parfaite localisation. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique. Les chambres spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse est très grande avec vue sur la baie. Le mobilier est moderne et luxueux.
La salle de bain est géniale.
L’insonorisation est incroyable.
Le personnel est très attentionné. Les petits gestes de bienvenues sont très appréciés ( glaces, Fruits)
Le petit déjeuner buffet est très complet avec des produits de qualité et très frais.
On peut garer la voiture dans le parking de l’hôtel.
On va conseiller cet hôtel à tous nos amis. Allez y les yeux fermés.
On a tout aimé dans cet hôtel. Il est impossible de ne pas aimer y séjourner. On y reviendra avec plaisir.
The location is absolutely fantastic—right on the promenade, with everything at your doorstep. The beach, shops, restaurants, and port are all just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and enjoying Sarandë. The breakfast was delicious too.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly throughout our stay. A standout feature was the modern Japanese-style toilet system—such a fun and luxurious touch! We also really appreciated the soundproof doors, which did an excellent job of blocking out noise from the lively promenade, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.
Honestly, it’s hard to fault anything about this property. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

Hotel Valë was fantastic! It exceeded all my expectations! The service was next level, from check in and being brought fresh made caramel ice cream, then a wine opener and glasses and a suprise plate of fruit to accompany the wine, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Great variety, cappuccino and omelet…
The bed was so comfortable, heated floor in the bathroom, soundproof, and our balcony with the fantastic view. Everything was absolutely perfect but the service really was outstanding. Redi was so helpful and accomodating. He went above and beyond. Great restaurant recommendations, helpful info , welcoming attitude. He even arranged transportation back to Tirana for us. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
no improvements needed for hotel! Better infrastructure in Albania and better transportation options to get from Tirana to Serandë, but this had nothing to do with the hotel.
Now this hotel is exceptional !! from the moment you arrive staff are helping you with your luggage, the reception we recieved was second to none. ( i am not going to share what the welcome consists off as that would spoil the surprise) Rudi and Julia were excellent in accomodatin us ( a very big thank you to both ) we had booked a lovely big room but we were given a free upgrade to a front facing full seaview room :) we were shown both but opted for the upgrade upon Julias recommendation. The room was beautiful and very spacious with a very large balcony inclusive of Jacuzzi, it was super quiet at night even with the promenade below, it was very well appointed with all the soaps lotions and other little items that are often forgotten about. the bathroom was huge the shower was superb and the japanese toilet fantastic. the bar lounge and the breakfast area was lovely and very well presented, the man who served breakfast was most helpful and obliging at every turn ( sorry i did not get your name ) the breakfast in itself was great, fresh, with everything you could want ( we chose the traditional Albanian option ) but the othe choices looked great also.
i say this time and time again, The Hotel is only a building and the staff make your stay ! however on this occasion i want to say that this hotel is in another league, the building and the staff are fantastic !! a very big credit to Rudi and Julia who obviously take great pride in what they do and that shows from the minute you arrive to the moment when you leave.

A very good located and well equipped new hotel. We enjoyed everything: the house itself, personally selected breakfast and a very friendly assistance of Mr. Reddy and his wife. The breakfast service was wonderful! We will definitely choose Vale for next time in Saranda!
Book here if you want to experience truly wonderful hospitality, a high-quality, delicious, and varied breakfast, as well as comfortable and clean rooms. The sea-view room and the location are both excellent, and most importantly—unlike many places—it really looks just like the photos. You won’t be disappointed.
In my years of travelling, I rarely experienced the exceptional level of friendliness and hospitality that the staff at Hotel Vale genuinely provided. They were incredible in every way! Noting every detail and coming up with little surprises, this review is not enough to express the satisfaction for such a quality service. The hotel is new and full of high tech amenities. Breakfast is à la carte but one of the best I have ever seen. Our room had panoramic sea views and I recommend choosing this option. Surroundings are safe with direct access to the sandy beach! Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The surprise at check-in was such a lovely touch and truly set the tone for the rest of our visit. We especially appreciated the complimentary treats — the free ice cream every day was a delightful bonus, and the extra food provided throughout our stay was very generous.
Our room was kept spotless the entire time, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great selection and excellent quality.
A special thanks to Redi and the reception team for always being so kind and helpful, and to the manager for personally making sure we felt at home and comfortable. Your hospitality really stood out and made our experience memorable.
We truly appreciate the care and attention from the whole team and would happily recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone. Thank you again for such a lovely stay! 🌟

Trop de monde dehors beaucoup de bruit.. juillet août il y a trop de monde. Par contre très bonne isolation dans la chambre !
Die kleinen Geschenke, wie die Bootstour oder Obstteller. Die Sauberkeit ist uns auch sehr positiv aufgefallen! Beim Frühstück haben uns die abwechselreiche Gerichte sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.
Es gab leider keine möglichkeit am letzten Tag sich abzuduschen, wenn man das Zimmer nicht mehr hatte.
