Overall, the experience was outstanding. The facilities are top-notch, and the architectural beauty of the building is truly impressive. Regarding the room, the standard of cleanliness in both the bedroom and the bathroom was impeccable. I also appreciated the wide availability of amenities, which added significant value to the stay. A special mention goes to the staff. Everyone was extremely cordial and professional, exceeding the expectations on all interactions. It was a pleasure to be welcomed personally by the owner, which demonstrates a high level of commitment to guest satisfaction. The location is also a major asset, providing easy access to key points of interest.
As a constructive observation, the parking management felt somewhat disorganized. Improving the operational flow and implementing a more efficient management system in this area would certainly elevate the guest experience to a flawless level.
In this property I loved every detail the sea view the beauty of presenting the sea life everyday beauty and perfect relaxation on the terrace clean and with positive energy. The breakfast was delicious and for every choice of food.
There is nothing you can not like in a hotel that is made with love.
So many things to like. Wonderful location in a busy town with complimentary parking. Right across from the beach. Lovely rooms, thoughtfully done particularly the soundproof doors to the promenade and a lovely balcony which we used a lot. Great breakfast and good coffee. Best of all, lovely attentive and helpful staff who went out of their way to make you feel at home and assist with anything you needed. We had three nights here and were disappointed to leave!

Alles!!!! De gastvrijheid is enorm! Het zijn hele mooie grote, schone kamers met prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk ontbijt. Midden op de boulevard dus alles op loopafstand van gezellige clubs en bars. Zoek je een betaalbaar hotel waar je volledig in de watten gelegd wilt worden? Boek dan Valë in Saranda!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et une délicate attention : une glace offerte pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Tout au long du séjour, le personnel a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins.
Le petit déjeuner hyper complet ( il y a de tout : œuf salade en toute sorte / confiture varié etc…) et varie chaque jour .
Le propriétaire nous a même offert une magnifique excursion en hors-bord, un geste aussi généreux qu’inattendu qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. La veille de notre départ, un superbe plateau de fruits nous attendait également.
Au-delà des attentions, c’est surtout l’ambiance qui m’a marquée : on s’y sent véritablement en sécurité, comme à la maison. Toute l’équipe a contribué à rendre ce séjour unique et inoubliable.
Cet hôtel a largement dépassé mes attentes et deviendra sans aucun doute mon hôtel de référence, mon pied-à-terre lors de mes prochains séjours. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et sa bienveillance.

Great location - everythingis right out the front door, excellent staff - very friendlyand accommodating, and beautiful room - we sat on our balcony/hot tub enjoyingthe evening! The beds were very comfy and had a smart toilet 😁

The service was outstanding. The couple that manages the hotel always went above and beyond to assist in any way that they could. They even moved our car late in the evening so we would avoid parking charges. The front desk staff always made us feel at home. Breakfast was great. Location great. Highly recommend this facility.
The only slight downside was that there was some loud music every night coming from the marina. The windows/doors do a pretty good job of blocking out most of it, and the music seemed to get "turned down" at 11:00.
It was a fantastic hotel. I’ll definitely go back.
