Pros:

Es handelt sich bei dem Hotel Vale um ein außergewöhnliches Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade von Saranda. Es ist topmodern, sehr sauber, das Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab einen kostenlosen Obstteller und zwei Gläser Wein, welche eine nette Überraschung waren. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und waren makellos sauber.
Da sich auch ein Eiscafe mit im Hotel befindet, wurden wir ebenfalls zu der einen oder anderen Kugel Eis eingeladen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde jeden Tag mit viel Liebe her gerichtet, umgehend aufgefüllt und war sehr abwechslungsreich. Zum Abschied gab es noch eine tolle maritime Uhr von Saranda.
Auch wurden wir vom Hotelbesitzer zu einer kostenlosen Speedboat Tour eingeladen, welche viel Spaß gemacht hat.
Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Hotel, mit zentraler Lage, welches wir definitiv wieder buchen werden, da wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Herzlichen Dank an das Hotel Vale für den großartigen Aufenthalt, der uns ermöglicht wurde.

Amazing stay with incredibly kind staff
Pros:

- very nice staff, and the owner was around and very kind.
- they went above and beyond in terms of hospitality, with free ice cream on arrival, a complimentary boat tour, and wine and fruit platter on the house for our last night. Even the mini fridge was complimentary and stocked daily. Lots of very nice touches.
- beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast a little hit or miss, the eggs were criminally overcooked.

For the price and quality elsewhere in the hotel, I would maybe like to see amenities like a gym.

Such a wonderful hotel - the ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful, it was exceptionally clean and the rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was always fresh with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit Sarandë

Pros:

The staff went above and beyond! Building and rooms were clean and the service provided was amazing. Breakfast was also delicious 😋 Captain/Owner treated us to a free speed boat tour out of kindness which was amazing experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Vale Hotel. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel was spotless, and its location right on the Sarandë promenade was perfect, with everything just a short walk away. I genuinely loved everything about my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Cons:

If I had to suggest a couple of small improvements, I would recommend enhancing the air conditioning and offering a wider variety of breakfast options. Other than that, everything was excellent.
