Now this hotel is exceptional !! from the moment you arrive staff are helping you with your luggage, the reception we recieved was second to none. ( i am not going to share what the welcome consists off as that would spoil the surprise) Rudi and Julia were excellent in accomodatin us ( a very big thank you to both ) we had booked a lovely big room but we were given a free upgrade to a front facing full seaview room :) we were shown both but opted for the upgrade upon Julias recommendation. The room was beautiful and very spacious with a very large balcony inclusive of Jacuzzi, it was super quiet at night even with the promenade below, it was very well appointed with all the soaps lotions and other little items that are often forgotten about. the bathroom was huge the shower was superb and the japanese toilet fantastic. the bar lounge and the breakfast area was lovely and very well presented, the man who served breakfast was most helpful and obliging at every turn ( sorry i did not get your name ) the breakfast in itself was great, fresh, with everything you could want ( we chose the traditional Albanian option ) but the othe choices looked great also.
i say this time and time again, The Hotel is only a building and the staff make your stay ! however on this occasion i want to say that this hotel is in another league, the building and the staff are fantastic !! a very big credit to Rudi and Julia who obviously take great pride in what they do and that shows from the minute you arrive to the moment when you leave.

Book here if you want to experience truly wonderful hospitality, a high-quality, delicious, and varied breakfast, as well as comfortable and clean rooms. The sea-view room and the location are both excellent, and most importantly—unlike many places—it really looks just like the photos. You won’t be disappointed.
A very good located and well equipped new hotel. We enjoyed everything: the house itself, personally selected breakfast and a very friendly assistance of Mr. Reddy and his wife. The breakfast service was wonderful! We will definitely choose Vale for next time in Saranda!
In my years of travelling, I rarely experienced the exceptional level of friendliness and hospitality that the staff at Hotel Vale genuinely provided. They were incredible in every way! Noting every detail and coming up with little surprises, this review is not enough to express the satisfaction for such a quality service. The hotel is new and full of high tech amenities. Breakfast is à la carte but one of the best I have ever seen. Our room had panoramic sea views and I recommend choosing this option. Surroundings are safe with direct access to the sandy beach! Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The surprise at check-in was such a lovely touch and truly set the tone for the rest of our visit. We especially appreciated the complimentary treats — the free ice cream every day was a delightful bonus, and the extra food provided throughout our stay was very generous.
Our room was kept spotless the entire time, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great selection and excellent quality.
A special thanks to Redi and the reception team for always being so kind and helpful, and to the manager for personally making sure we felt at home and comfortable. Your hospitality really stood out and made our experience memorable.
We truly appreciate the care and attention from the whole team and would happily recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone. Thank you again for such a lovely stay! 🌟

Everything was perfect and all the staff was super nice and they treated us like family. Best hotel ever. They put the standard very very high to be honest!

Die kleinen Geschenke, wie die Bootstour oder Obstteller. Die Sauberkeit ist uns auch sehr positiv aufgefallen! Beim Frühstück haben uns die abwechselreiche Gerichte sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.
Es gab leider keine möglichkeit am letzten Tag sich abzuduschen, wenn man das Zimmer nicht mehr hatte.

Trop de monde dehors beaucoup de bruit.. juillet août il y a trop de monde. Par contre très bonne isolation dans la chambre !
Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels à Saranda, et l’hôtel Vale est de loin le meilleur. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, juste sur la corniche, à seulement 8 minutes à pied du port si vous arrivez en bateau depuis Corfou.
La chambre est très bien isolée, confortable,spacieuse et propre, avec un minibar gratuit.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant, avec plein de petites attentions.
La salle de bain, les toilettes japonaises, la climatisation et les équipements sont de qualité.
L’hôtel propose des glaces faites maison à ne surtout pas manquer, ainsi que des activités gratuites, comme des excursions en mer organisées par le propriétaire lui-même.
Adyl, le propriétaire, est vraiment accueillant et bienveillant.
Si vous allez à Saranda, je vous recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Das Hotel ist perfekt Ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab auch Angebote vom Hotel, wie zum Beispiel eine kostenlose Speedboat-Tour mit dem Hotelbesitzer. Das Frühstück ist top, man bekommt alles was man braucht!

Très beau hôtel! Parfait pour un séjour à Saranda. Le personnel est génial, tout ce qu'il y a dans la chambre est confortable. Petit plus de cet hôtel: l'isolation sonore est parfaite. La salle de bain est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
L'utilisation des toilettes est un peu compliquée.
Perfekter Aufenthalt – rundum zufrieden!
Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe.
Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus – von der Lobby bis zum Zimmer war alles absolut makellos und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war nicht nur sauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Auch hier war der Service top – das Personal war immer zur Stelle und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt.
Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in der Stadt auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.
Despite being on the busy Esplanade, this place is fantastic. The staff is so welcoming and helpful, and the owner is a hoot, took us out on his boat to explore and swim, loved it!
