Pros:

Fantastic views and pool with hot water above canyon is something unreal. A piece of heaven and comfort in the middle of standard Georgian village. The food was good and the staff was very nice. Becides included breakfasts we ordered dinner twice and it was tasty, good portions and very reasonable prices

Cons:

We took room for four adults, but that room is really good for couple or probably couple with a kid. The upper bed is on separate level in the same room, there is no privacy for anyone and also very hot on the upper level. In addition, someties there was sewage smell from the restroom

המיקום קרוב לגשר היהלום, הנוף מהחדר מקסים.
יש הרבה מרחב (בחצר) והבעלים והעובדים נחמדים.
המרפסת בחדר שלנו גדולה עם נוף מטורף גם מהחלונות בחדר.

Cons:

ארוחת הערב במקום יקרה מאוד (שזה בסדר), אבל ניסינו ללכת לכמה מסעדות באיזור - וכולן היו סגורות או שאמרו שהכל תפוס (בשעה 6 בערב).
מספר תקלות אחזקה (אי אפשר היה לנעול את החדר מבחוץ, הביוב לא יורד חלק בכיור ובאמבטיה). למען ההגינות - לא פנינו כדי לטפל בזה מאחר והיינו רק לילה אחד.
מי שלא מגיע עם רכב 4x4 יהיה לו קשה להגיע לבית, יש מהמורות/בוץ בדרך.

בעיקר - המחיר היה בערך פי 3 משאר המקומות שהיינו בהם בגיאורגיה בלי הצדקה.

Traumhafte Lage, toller Pool und freundliche Gastgeber – leider mit Schwächen beim Zimmerkomfort
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt am Rand der Dashbashi-Schlucht mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf den Wasserfall, den man sogar hören kann. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom beheizten Pool mit angenehmen 30 °C – ideal für Kinder. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, und besonders die nette Unterhaltung bei unserer Abreise ist uns positiv in Erinnerung geblieben.

Cons:

Leider gab es einige deutliche Schwächen. In der Suite mit Balkon roch es im Badezimmer stark nach Kanalisation. Die Zimmer waren außerdem sehr hellhörig, sodass Gespräche und Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich zu hören waren. Das Internet war in der gesamten Unterkunft extrem langsam.

Besonders problematisch fanden wir, dass sich unsere beiden Zimmer nicht abschließen ließen.

Pros:

Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti dal proprietario con grande gentilezza, ci ha subito mostrato la nostra camera e si è reso disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta.
La struttura offre anche una piscina esterna ben riscaldata, una sauna (da pagare extra) e un'abbondante colazione. Su richiesta è possibile cenare all'interno della struttura con buonissimi piatti preparati sul momento con prodotti a chilometro zero.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca le tende della nostra camera erano poco oscuranti.

Exceptional stay from start to finish!
We had an absolutely perfect stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. Annette, our wonderful host, made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived—the hospitality and warm reception set the tone for the entire trip.
The heated pool was a total highlight, ideal for relaxing at any time of day. Every morning started with an incredible, delicious breakfast, accompanied by fantastic drinks.
Every single detail was taken care of with so much attention and care. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, friendly staff, great breakfast!!
Pros:

Amazing location, having breakfast on the edge of the dashbashi canyon was one of the highlights of my georgia trip. Saw so many eagles!!! Super friendly staff too, heated pool was amazing!!

Cons:

Showers werent the best but honestly a minor flaw, liked it so much otherwise!!
