It was a very good and clean atmosphere that we family liked it very much, humble and good staff
Pros:

The food was expensive so I didn't ordered

Cons:

Actually we have come for my daughter's convocation ceremony, room was till 2.00pm but I extend it till 6.00 pm,I have to pay 50% more for 4 hours that was about 5k for two rooms that I didn't like it but what to do I have pay it.

Overall comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel was nice and the stay was comfortable. The staff is polite. Not much variation was in the breakfast buffet but it was tasty. In room dining was also tasty , quickly delivered to room. Ample parking space. There is a Burger King on the ground floor.

Cons:

Floor tiles in the shower area are too slippery when it's wet. Shower gel, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion was not from biotique. Though it was kept in biotique bottles. Since I'm a regular user of that brand I know how the products are. Hotel must do something for this wrong practice.

Overall a good value for money with minor irritants
Pros:

The staff is courteous. They did provide essential supplies like water, etc, very quickly when requested.

Cons:

I do not know why they keep skimping on the Nescafe sachets. How can 2 measly 3-gram sachets be sufficient for two people? Even after asking for more, they only gave 2 more sachets. The next day, they had once again provided only 2 sachets for 2 people. It is irritating to keep calling them every time for a bottle of water, Coffee Sachets, and the missing remote. The remote they had provided does not work with the Dish TV STB they had connected to the TV. They said they would be sending out to help me use the LG TV remote with the Dish TV STB, but nobody turned up!

I know these are minor issues, hence I did not deduct any points for service or facilities. I wish the management would read my review and correct these minor issues.
